We moved from the Granbury area about 10 months ago and were visiting the square on a recent trip. We’ve always loved Granbury’s charm and were excited to see another small business opened up.
A pleasant surprise awaited us at the bubble bar. The wine list is diverse to appeal to anyone’s taste, including non bubble drinkers. The small bites were on par with high end restaurants, in some cases better. Atmosphere: welcoming and engaging hosts made this experience truly exceptional.
This is an absolute must while walking around the square.

I booked my wife’s 40th birthday here! Everything was fabulous! From the booking to the event. My wife loved it and so did the guests.

The Bubble Bar is a great addition to Granbury! Chef Rose’s Sunday brunch menu is fantastic. The Wicked BLT with Eggs is a standout, and the Pebbles Pound Cake (French toast-style) is insanely good. Their specialty cocktails are creative and fit the vibe perfectly. Haven’t tried it yet, but you can also get massages.
Great food, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

The casserole is like a thick frittata. So tasty. And the green salsa had absolutely little bit of spice, but a lot of flavor.
