Me and my wife are in hawaii for a couple of days. We stumbled across this location and its been the best location with the best flavor. Staff was really friendly and easy to talk to about the menu. Highly recommend.

went for an early dinner around 4:45pm and there was a sign that said “will be back at 4:30”. I waited for about half an hour before anyone was back. food was really good tho -the fish tacos were amazing!! also LOVED their mango lemonade.

The food is exceptional but the service is EXTREMELY slow. It feels like the person is overwhelmed and they only 4 customers there in the hour we were there. It took OVER 30 mins, once we ordered, for 4 tacos but they were delicious. Don’t go if you’re in a rush.

Bubba’s Shack is a great food truck in Wailuku. Just below Coffee Attic. They’ve got picnic tables in the shade and sun with corn hole games. Good parking available as well. Quick and yummy food and lemonade!

I’ve been to this taco truck a bunch of times, and it’s always on point. The food is super fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavor never misses. You can tell they really take pride in what they’re serving. The customer service is great too—Connor is always super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend checking it out!

I specifically requested all rice instead of mac salad, but they gave me all mac salad instead—completely the opposite of what I asked for. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a redelivery or even a partial refund to fix their mistake. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be ordering here again.
