Ok BBQ.
I had the BBQ Beef Ribs, coleslaw, beans, and cornbread. The meat falls off te bone, but it was lacking flavor; the BBQ sauce helped. The coleslaw was tasty, really liked the apples in it. The beans were under seasoned. The cornbread was good, a little dense, but tasted good.
The service was good. Friendly staff and the food came out fast.
The ambiance was ok. More like a sports bar than a restaurant.

Had a good time dining here. Even though we had a party of 9, the food came out quickly one ordered. You do have to make a reservation if your party is 6+ as most of their tables are suited for 4, but they are very accommodating. I got the meat sampler and it did not disappoint! The brisket was very tender, ribs pulling away from the bone with ease, and chicken tender and flavorful(not dried out at all!). The keilbasa sausage could have used a little more time on the grill for some char flavor, but tasted good. They did put bbq sauce on all the meats, which I asked for on the side. The sides that I got were the fresh veggies and fries. There was a pickled cucumber included in the veggies which were fantastic! We’ll be looking forward to coming here again to try their burgers and wings. Don’t mind the red color in the photo, there’s a large neon red company sign shining in the dining room!

I have passed by hu dress of times, and finally went on Saturday night. The food was even better than expected. It was unusually busy with large parties, so our food (there were only 2 of us), took a bit longer. The server, who was sweet and excellent, brought us some delicious fries to tide us over.
Everything was absolutely tasty and delicious. We were still talking about it the next day.
I highly recommend, and el be back again soon. A new favorite.

This place exceeded our expectations. Great value and great food. We ordered the bourbon chicken plate with two sides and shared it (we are an older couple). My husband ordered one of their IPAs and said it was wonderful. We have traveled all 50 states and had BBQ in Texas, Mississippi, Kansas City, etc. This place ranks with the best of them.

First walking in the waitress was very welcoming and sat us right away. She was very sweet and attentive m, a wonderful face for the business. The decor was a bit dark for a lunch spot but it was very clean and had nice decor. We had delicious bloody Maria’s but the cup was very tall for me and the straw wasn’t long enough. The PICKLES are sooo good get extra. Wings and all the sauces are delicious 10/10 ranch as well. Wedge Salad was good could use a balsamic drizzle but that’s just my preference. Brisket Quasadilla was amazing. We will be back for sure. Although from the street you wouldn’t know it was there. The location needs stronger signage and I think more people would stop.

Pretty decent. Pulled pork was a bit dry. Half chicken was excellent. Our server seemed somewhat new, and our dinner came out before our appetizer. If you’re getting an app, I recommend holding off ordering the remainder of your meal until you have the app.

The meat portions are very generous and so tender. Love the selection of sauces available. There is something for everyone on the menu. Full bar, good selection of brews. Their house brews are pretty good. There’s happy hour 7 days a week. Never had a problem with the service, they’re always friendly.
We’re not local, but when we’re all craving BBQ, this is where we come. 100% worth the drive time.

Very good BBQ and Fish and Chips! The Fish is amazing delicious and plentiful. A must order when at Bubbas. And don’t forget to try the Churro Donuts with ice cream. They are so good!

it was our first time out to Palm Springs for a golf trip we needed to burn some time before we checked into our Airbnb. I was looking for a place where I could see our car while we dined since we had our luggage and golf clubs in the vehicle. we chose bubba’s cuz it had an outdoor seating area where you can view the parking lot and you can also feel the parking lot from inside the restaurant also. we had a large group and I called ahead to make a reservation and they had a table ready for us when we arrived on a Saturday at 1:00 p.m. we ordered a bunch of different types of food The blue cheese chips were really good if you like blue cheese we also ordered the wings and the stuff wontons. I had the western burger and I added brisket to it which was pretty tasty. The barbecue meats were pretty good here but we’ve had Texas barbecue which was phenomenal. it’s a great place to go for food and drinks. service was really good even though they were a bit overwhelmed and slow a bit but we totally understood that they seem to be slightly understaffed which was okay we had time to burn we and were in no rush. are server apologized many times for not being able to service faster which was okay. I will come back here again for some food it’s pretty good.
