Hopped inside for a bubble tea and I got the pumpkin spice flavored one (they were out of matcha at the time). It was all right, the flavor was fine, not very sweet though, the tapioca bubbles were perfectly soft and chewy; I’ve had some dry and rubbery tapioca bubbles at other places, so this was quite the upgrade. All in all it’s a perfectly serviceable place to get a bubble tea in the area.

Ordered a Lupin back on November 6th, 2023. Was visiting my sister and originally from Arizona. Best tea I’ve ever had. Been trying to find a drink similar since then. Thinking about visiting just to try that tea again. Very friendly owner, his dog is gorgeous.

I ordered a 24oz Dr. Pepper with sugar-free coconut, peach, and cream. I didn’t try my drink until after I had left, but unfortunately, the peach flavor was so overpowering that I couldn’t taste anything else. I was really disappointed to spend nearly $7 on a dirty soda that I couldn’t even enjoy due to the overwhelming peach flavor.
