From start to finish, a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Placed a take out order,the young woman answering the phone was friendly, organized, and professional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very pleasant, personable young man, who seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. He made small talk and made me feel very welcome ! The ribs were amazing, the beef hash flavorful, and the grilled chicken moist and well seasoned. Great customer service and great food Bubba’s!!!

I had every intention of taking a photo of our food to post, but as soon as we got our food it looked so good we just started to eat. Believe me it was as good as it looked.. We live in Greenville, so we only make it to Bubba’s about once a month. Bubbas BBQ and Bash at the Opray is the best and well worth the trip. My husband had the steak. He said it was cooked to perfection..My oldest son had the ribs . The meat just fell off the bone and melted in his mouth. So tender. I had the Calabash chicken. Oh so good. A lot like chicken tenders. So crispy on the outside, but oh so tender and juicy on the inside. This isn’t fast food folks. Everything made to order. Oh so delicious .. We will continue to be repeat customers.. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at Bubbas.

I usually get the low cal chicken its good i like there mustard bbq sauce. But i always get it to go saying im diabled and where oxygen its easier for me to eat at home. Me and my family eat there once a week normally. Food is good. But the always mess up the order. U can ask for ur order to be read back and they will do it and have it right but if u dont check it 80-90% of the time something will be wrong. Like tonight asked for chop chicken on bed of rice with gravy on it. Side of mac and okra. Sides was right but no gravy. And the rice and chicken was sitting in about 1/2 inch of water. My huspuppies was soaked and the okra was scattered on the plate soaked. It was was sad i couldnt eat it like that i had to throw it away. I drained the water and had to find me some bbq sauce to put on the chicken. Because i didnt have the gravy. By the time the food got home they was closed so i couldnt call and complain. Charged for something i didnt get. Thats why i only give a 3 star. Also the fact that it took 2 ppl to take the order. Spending 60 dollars at a place for good meal that was read back to me over the phone is sad. Btw my plate wasnt only plate that was messed up 3 of the 4 was messed up.
