Stumbled upon this place while passing through grass valley! Such a great find! The sandwiches were delicious and fully loaded. We would definitely come back! We also got a mango tea and a Thai tea with boba, loved both of them! The only miss for me is the service, the gal seemed annoyed with taking our order but the interaction was short and they food made up for it!

Really fresh food and reasonably priced! Photos on here are of the old location- they are over by the Walgreens in a new facility, limited indoor dining space but outdoor patio area seating. The bagels are A+++ !

They don’t pay attention to modifiers you put on your bagel. Several times I’ve gotten all the way home just to realize that my bagel has cream cheese on it (I have a dairy allergy)
If you do decide to test your luck make sure to check your order because the kids that work there behind the counter don’t pay attention. Honestly a joke

I’ve only tried their bagel sandwiches a few times and I like the food. Good taste, portions and price.
However, like others have mentioned, the service here is a real miss. You can tell no one in the shop knows how to properly run this establishment regarding daily operations.
The average wait seems to be 25+ minutes no matter how many employees are back there. I’m all for hiring teens to show them the value or work but there seems to be no manager on the floor who knows what they are doing. They always have 5+ workers back there but they’re so disorganized, they’re always walking back and forth asking questions or not knowing what goes in what sandwich. And there’s always a line of people waiting for their food and others waiting to order all while some employees seem to be doing nothing just standing around.
I hope this place is able to figure it out. Cheers.

Food is surprisingly good. At first I was shocked at the cost for two bagel sandwiches, but well worth it. Now the coffee/espressos I would not by again as they were not good at all in my experience.

This place used to be the bomb. This time I ordered my usual, a jalapeño cheddar bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. There was barely any cream cheese and the bagel was microwaved, making it chewy. I won’t be back.

Sometimes busy, but by far, the best bagels around. Felt like I was back east. And friendly staff and owner who is almost always there.

The Toasted bagels with cream cheese are amazing. I really enjoy the cinnamon bagels with the vanilla cream cheese if you have a sweet tooth.

Omg! Their bagel sandwiches are to die for! I’ve traveled thousands of miles to eat them every few years when I’m town. I never miss this place. Bagels are made fresh everyday and if you don’t come on time, it’ll be sold out by noon or mid afternoon. The texture of their bagels are not like most places’ bagels. My favorite is the BLT, but it’s not just regular bacon, lettuce, tomatoes. There are avocado, sprouts, and cream cheese, too!

Absolutely one of the best bagels shops in the country. I had a plain bagel with chive cream cheese and a cold cuts bagel.
