I can understand why this place is always crowded, even on a Monday night. Great customer service with the waitresses always being attentive, and very good prices compared to the competition. The food came out in a timely manner at that. It’s definitely a spot in town that’s worth visiting more than once

First, I want to compliment our server, Ashley. Her customer service was outstanding. She was attentive, understanding of my allergy, and overall a joy to have as our server. I highly recommend requesting Ashley’s section if you visit—you’ll be well taken care of! Thank you again, Ashley!
We had a party of seven and were seated in a booth. Unfortunately, the booth could use some TLC. It was broken, and every time I scooted toward the end of the table, it would lift up like a seesaw (lol).
We started with onion rings and loaded cheese fries—highly recommend both. For our meals, we ordered four fish and chips and two smashed burgers. I was sharing a burger and requested no raw onions due to an allergy. When the food arrived, the burger did have onions on it. Ashley immediately went back to the kitchen, and within 10 minutes a fresh smashed burger without onions was brought out. Thank you again to Ashley and the kitchen staff for handling that so quickly and professionally.
One other issue occurred when four of us were walking toward the restroom with other customers behind us. An employee walked straight out of the kitchen and directly in front of my cousin. Had my cousin not stopped, they would have collided, causing a chain reaction of us bumping into each other. There was no apology from the employee. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day or simply didn’t notice us, but being aware of your surroundings and acknowledging guests is important, especially in the hospitality industry.

Ordered delivery… the food arrived almost an hour later, and of course the food arrived cold. A lil upset. We did call the store and is expecting a refund so that’s great on the customer service part. Thank you for fixing the problem! I normally let it go but we did wait a long time for the food to end up arriving cold after waiting. We again, appreciate the customer service team for fixing the problem!

Delicious, very quick and Britttttt is such a doll. She’s an asset to Bubba’s 33. We shared app combo and I had the cheesesteak-added bacon stips with tater tots and my daughter had the guacamole bacon burger with fries. We’ll see her again at Bubbas 33. Had fish and chips a little while back. And same great food and service

A special shout-out to our waitress Natasha, who was amazing the whole time — super polite, friendly, and attentive without ever rushing us. She made sure our drinks stayed full and checked in just the right amount.

Yesterday Sunday March 1, my friends and I came into Bubba and one my friends didn’t get her food until after 3 which she box up took it home. This is uncalled for. I left but my other stayed with the couple has our friend wait waited and waited. I do realize it’s high volume place but come on now. when you order what you wanted and they bring out the steak she did not order, then you should give her what she order in the 1st place and don’t charge her for it. This is not work ethical.
