I got the St Louis ribs… awesome flavor with the dry rub, so tender the meat just falls off the bone like it’s supposed to. I usually eat BBQ once a week, and this is some of the best ribs I’ve ever had. Baked beans and jalapeno poppers all delicious. I wish I lived around here. Definitely found my new favorite place when I’m in the area. And customer service was top notch! Payton steered me in the right direction and both ladies very helpful.. I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience at BubbaQue’s tonight was disappointing. I’m not sure what kind of chopped chicken was served, but it was cold and tasted off. The turkey was honestly horrible, and the fried okra was undercooked ,I had to recook it myself at home. The bread was only okay after I put it in the air fryer along with the okra. The only thing that was decent were the beans.
On a positive note, the drive-thru customer service was friendly, which I do appreciate. Unfortunately, that was the only good part of the visit.
I also asked for specific sauces and still received the opposite of what I requested. Spending $22 on a meal that ended up going straight into the trash is extremely frustrating. I even tried adding my own touches to save it, but I was too afraid to eat it.
I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and consistency of their food. No customer should have this experience.

Had lunch there today. Staff was very nice. Meranda went out of her way to make our meal nice. They stopped serving fried green tomatoes but they still had some and she had them make us some. She was very nice and I would highly recommend the service any the food. We had a group of 4 and she was so sweet she offered to take our pictures The meal was great. Will definitely be back.!

Both the cashier and the server were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we felt welcomed. That kind of hospitality truly goes a long way and is something I sincerely appreciated.
As for the food, I ordered the garlic wings and fries. While I could taste the potential in the flavor, the wings were a bit too dry for me—likely due to being smoked for a longer time than my preference. I understand that smoked meats are a specialty, but perhaps a touch more moisture would really elevate them. The fries were cooked well but ended up being too crunchy for my liking, especially since I have sensitive teeth. A softer option would’ve been more enjoyable.
All in all, it’s clear the team at BubbaQue’s takes pride in their service, and that truly stood out. With a few tweaks to the food texture, I believe it could be an even more enjoyable experience for guests like me. Looking forward to giving it another try in the future!

Went to the drive thru today around 3:15pm 1-13-26. My boyfriend and i ordered the corn dog bites, 2 side mac’s, bbq beans along with the salad with lean brisket and a banana pudding. i wanted to write a review as the young woman at the window was so amazing. super sweet girl, she went above and beyond!!! i will definitely be coming back. unfortunately i didn’t get her name but i hope the manager sees my review and can tell her how amazing she was for me!! 10/10 service 😀

The drive-thru server was perfect but the kitchen was horrible. I waited about 15 minutes for fries because the cashier said that they must have forgot the order (I’m not sure how that happened) and that the fries would get dropped right away. When I got home with the fries I knew something was not right by the look of them, so I tasted them and immediately got p*****! The fries were for my child and to give a paying customer fries that are not all the way cooked is ridiculous, especially when I PAID for them with MY MONEY! Joel the manager said that he would replace my fries and cook them to my liking, which is cooked I’m assuming. Keep the fries and when someone is paying for something give them what they pay for or close the business!!!!! I will NEVER go back just horrible!!!

Went to this location in Riverview FL. We were there for the day and we love BBQ. We ordered an appetizer of fried green tomatoes for 9.99 , and 2 Big OL Bubba Sammich Basket. Pulled pork on texas toast and we opted for fries for our side and 2 drinks for 12.99 each. We got the fried green tomatoes first. I was kind of expecting them to be homemade, but you could tell they were frozen. It’s not a horrible thing, it’s just I knew what they were gonna taste like before I tried it. (Ya know?) They were piping hot…and they were ok…but…I could’ve done with out them. They were cooked soooooo hot that (and this is how I absolutely knew they were frozen) the batter was raw on the inside of a few of them. It’s like it thawed the batter closest to the tomatoes but because they were frozen, it didn’t cook. Our food came and there was a good amount of pulled pork on the texas toast. The fries…..literally could have done with out those also. They reminded me of the fries that used to come in a kids cuisine meal…NOW….WHEN I TELL YOU THAT THE BBQ WAS AMAZING…BABBBYYYY so freaking good. The bbq sauces at the table were alllll delicious. And the service…was AMAZING. All and all I would def go again. 4 stars overall for the subpar fried green tomatoes and fries.

The service is A+ every single time I come here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is never a disappointment. My absolute favorite are the poppers. Delicious food, great employees. This is why I keep coming back even though another BBQ place is closer to my house. Today Janaya was the smiling helpful face at the drive through.
