I placed my order online. I ordered a quesadilla and I ordered it with extra sour cream and extra cheese that they charge extra money for. However, when I received my food right off the bat they didn’t give me an extra side of sour cream. Then when I went to open the quesadilla to check the inside, there was barely any food in there and no extra cheese. It was so dry. They are charging $14 for this quesadilla and yet I get no food and I pay extra to get extra ingredients and I didn’t receive anything. It was such a disappointment. This is my second time ordering the quesadillas and they managed to mess it up again. I think I’m never coming back after both these experiences. Also someone else in the review captured an employee sitting on counter with no shoes on. Smh

Great food! Great customer service! Just brought my kids here to visit for the first time. I usually come just to deliver orders for them through DoorDash, So this is my first time enjoying what’s on the menu as well! Thanks guys for always being nice and for serving such delicious meals!

Got a chicken burrito but a rice burrito arrived with little bits of tough chicken inside. This was all beans and undercook rice. No way they cannot tell their chicken is not great. All you have to do is touch it.
Great deal to have buy one get one free but I could not get through the 1st one and the second one got trashed. Never again for me.

To get the most important thing out of the way, the food here is super good. I got a bowl with barbacoa and brown rice. It was fresh and tasty. Portion sizes are hefty and the prices are great. I think the service could use some work, and some changes made to make the menu a bit less confusing and crowded. But overall I highly recommend this place.

I ordered two burrito bowls via UberEats. The food was decent but all I could focus on was how terrible and bland the rice was. It’s all clumped and mushed together and takes away from the flavors of the other ingredients. Chipotle is better.

Ordered takeout! We were excited to try after watching several videos on TikTok! My boyfriend got a burrito and really enjoyed it! I got the bowl and I could not finish it. I had a lot of hard pieces of chicken that I could not chew. I didn’t feel like sifting through the salad any longer. Flavor wise it was good so I do plan to give them another try! The dessert was very tasty especially with the raspberry drizzle!

Highly recommend the southwest pot stickers as well. Honey sriracha is my favorite burrito so far. Close second is the general tsu.

I was excited for Bubbakkoo’s to open and decided to try the Chicken Fajita Burrito and some chips & queso. I highly appreciated that my online order was ready at the promised time, but the team did not pour the queso until I was picking my order up. The burrito itself was pretty good, but the amount of rice compared to the meat and veggies was a little overpowering and slightly dried it out. I was very glad for the queso, and using some of that for the burrito drastically improved it. I am looking forward to trying other offerings!

I went with my boyfriend and his brother and we had a great time there. The portion sizes are amazing, they’re very friendly and very fast. We got two bowls and a birria quesadilla and they were filled to the brim! We are so glad we picked Bubbakoo’s Burritos and we will definitely have to try this place again when we are back in the area!
