I used this location for catering a 40th surprise party. The communication, ordering, and delivery were flawless. They couldn’t have made it easier, literally food was delicious and they had everything ready to go!! I got SO MANY compliments on the food!! They were the most budget friendly option for feeding 50+ people too! Highly highly recommend!

This was the second time I have been. First time was shortly after they opened and it wasn’t a bad experience, but the food was just not memorable in my opinion. However, I decided to give them another go around. The store was clean and employees were friendly. This time I got a chicken taco salad (thankfully with pico and not the salsa) that was pretty tasty. Also got a cheese dip and salsa with chips. And this is where it went down hill. The tomatoes in the salsa had soured and after a couple tastes I did not eat any more because I did not want to risk food poisoning. I informed the girl at the register who called over I am assuming the manager. To which he shrugged his shoulders and said okay but didn’t do anything not even taste it. Another employee did taste it and I saw him wrinkle his nose, but instead of pulling it from the line and putting out some fresh salsa, I watched as they continued to use the same container of salsa for at least two more orders before I left in disgust. As a manager of a food establishment myself this is not acceptable behavior, and I will not be returning for a third time. I truly hope this was a bad decision on the part of the employees and not an owners decision to use food even on the verge of spoiling.

UPDATE – decided to give it one more shot and for two orders it was great and got exactly what I ordered. Ordered last week and again tonight and both time missing half the ingredients. If I’m paying extra I want what I paid for. Get it together.
ORIGINAL – I was a big fan for a while but I’m done with them unfortunately because the food itself is good. But almost every time I order from them via Uber Eats or door dash guacamole is missing from the burrito. Tonight was honestly just the last straw. If this was the first, second, third or even fourth time this had happened I’d let it go but it’s not. I’ve been a loyal customer since almost the day you guys opened but the fact that this KEEPS happening even if I put a reminder in the order notes is absurd.
If you don’t want to include guac in the price of the burrito don’t have it as a protein option! How would you feel if you ordered a chicken burrito and it came without chicken? Because that’s what’s happening just with guac.
I’ve attached the burrito showing there’s no guac in it at all – dug all the way to the bottom, the printed ticket for the burrito from the kitchen showing guac was on there, and finally the order notes I put in asking to include the guac as ordered.
Again, if this had been the first few times I’d reorder and chalk it up to someone having a bad day but it’s a reoccurring issue almost every time I order.
Very disappointed.

Decided to give it a try while visiting eastgate. Ordered the pineapple express burrito for my wife. Her burrito was cold, had so much general tso’s sauce everything was saturated. The burrito looked awful, two bites and we threw the rest away. Don’t waste your time on this place. It was a complete waste of money. Also their guacamole is fake processed crap that comes in a bag, not fresh. Poor processed ingredients designed for maximum profit.

Decided to try this out today and the food is FAR superior to Chipotle or Qdoba. The service was phenomenal, Tracy helped us and was so incredibly kind. Got the Taco Salad and my friend got a Burritodilla. They have a ton of different combinations that I cannot wait to try. Definitely recommend!!
