There is nothing like a bubbakoos Chiwawa. I visit this location weekly and have tried everything on the menu. I have never left unsatisfied. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is always freshly prepared and made to order. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years, I appreciate the pride they put into their food!

What can I say? The food is extremely lacking, there was no flavor and was dry. The customer service is about what you’d expect from a group of teenagers. There was one boy there that managed to keep busy and keep cleaning everything. I have been to Bubbakoo’s springboro and it was good. I don’t know what went wrong here. Don’t let the photo fool you, yeah it looks good but it didn’t taste good.

First experience with Bubbakoo’s and I was very pleased. When you first walk in you get greeted with a very enthusiastic staff, clean environment, and easy to read menus on big screens. Food was great. Not only did it present very well it was delicious. I definitely will be a frequent flyer and can’t wait to try out a few different items on their menu. We ordered two burritos and a bowl with nachos, and everything was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, fresh, and full of flavor. Customer service was also fantastic when we picked up our order—super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Bubbakoo’s, and we’ll definitely be back!

Update: decided to give you guys an other try. Unfortunately the same exact thing happened. Not sure what the deal is but i am guessing this issues was not filtered down and resolved. This is going to be my last orderd. I tried giving the benefit of a second chance and blew it.
Little disappointed. I have had this place twice. 1st time was great. Second time very disappointed. I ordered 2 of the Trio Tacos through Door Dash. Each Trio come ls with 3 tacos. I should have got 6 tacos in total, only got 2 tacos in total. Now I have to drive and get more food. Not happy at all.

I love this place they are always so friendly and they know us and have our orders memorized I love coming in and talking with the employees and the food is always so good I’m a very picky eater and I hate some textures but I never have a problem there especially with the chicken it’s never fatty or chewy it’s perfect

The food is awesome and I will come back. My disappointment is due to the lack of being able to order bone-in wings. I was told they had not had time to cook them. I came in at 12:30 and they open at 11 am.
