I stopped in last week for my birthday and was treated with such kindness by the manager and his two employees at the front counter. I didn’t understand the mobile rewards system and the manager green-lit an online-only birthday reward to be used in person. This is how you capture a new regular customer!
On top of that, I was unfamiliar with the menu and one of the female employees gave me great suggestions with a huge smile on her face the whole time. I felt welcomed and understood.
The male cashier was also super friendly and helpful. And on top of the customer service, I also thought the quality and taste of my burrito was great. I will surely come back to Bubbakoo’s!

Stopped by here while out of town from Nevada. Had the most amazing service provided by Wesley and the food was so savory and delicious. FRESH and well made! wish i could give them 10 stars!! highly reccomended.

I just want to say that Sam did his thing with making me and my husband burritos. He kept it up with the busy line that was here. Everyone got their food on time and he stayed with a good past to be working alone. Keep up people get work Sam! We will be back!

The “owner” Kristen treats her customers and staff poorly, she is desrespectful and rude every time I see her, this business is flopping because of her and it shows in the staffs morale. Also walked into a store full of customers and there was one young guy making food by himself with a full line of people and cashing everyone out as he is making food and packing up door dash orders while the male manager was standing in the doorway to the back room just watching him drown. I felt bad for the kid. The food is usually great but the experience is lackluster, usually when certain management is present.

My very first experience coming to any Bubbakoo’s before and I will say it did not disappoint, the food was absolutely incredible and the environment was amazing. The person who took my order was Wesley and he was an incredible server, took his time to help me find a good choice and navigate the menu!

I liked the look of the place and the atmosphere overall. The service was solid even though it was a little busy, I didn’t feel like it took long. The staff was friendly though. I got the chiwawa because I figured, try their specialty. While it wasn’t bad, I found the ball of deep fried rice very bland. They split it open and placed the “crust” side down. I would have preferred it the other way around because the crunch was better than the rice itself. I found the food overall good but nothing that stands out. I wouldn’t give it a three but not a five. A four seems accurate since 3.5 isn’t available. But I would still try it for yourself and see. Maybe I will try it again but not the chiwawa.

We put in an order today at 10:40 AM for pick up at 12:15 PM. We came to pick up at 12:30 and they’re not ready?? We waited till 12:45 and had to leave to come back later to pick up. There was no rush to escalate this order for us. This is not the first time this happened! Very inconvenient and unprofessional especially when the order was put in almost 2 hours in advance!

Stopped by ‘ on my way home from work. They have a lot of great options on the menu, I honestly couldn’t decide. I ended up ordering taco trio with habanero mango ️ chicken pico de gallo and lots of other toppings. I also ordered an apple empanada. Delish food and superb customer service

Cool burrito spot with a Jersey theme. First time here and got a grilled chicken burrito with garlic parm and buffalo sauce. It was really good. I’d definitely go back and try some other stuff. They have a ton of different options with entrees and all the different sauces so you can really customize your food. Little pricey but what isn’t nowadays.
