Over priced and they charge separately for sauce that don’t go on meal. I Did put any sauce on meal just wanted on side.That was an issue. I am no means cheap but the shrimp was popcorn size and the chicken cooked hard just was not great experience

This was my 1st AND last time visiting.
Let’s begin by saying CHIPOTLE has been my favorite, HOWEVER, the food quality has been declining lately so I try other “Chipotle” type establishments..
CILANTRO TAQUERIA has great food bcuz I can get shrimp too, HOWEVER, customer service & their English is not always the best..
That’s what made me read BUBBAKOO’S reviews and visit 2day…I had never heard of BUBBAKOO’S & haven’t eaten out in almost 6 months so I treated myself..
Waste of money for quality of food…I paid almost $20 & could have bought 2 bowls from Chipotle for just a few more dollars..
BUBBAKOO’S customer service was great…
Rice was overcooked AND undercooked at the same time…some was a little mushy & other grains were a little chalky…disgusting mouth feel..
The black beans were undercooked & slightly hard…
So basically I ate only the top portion of my bowl, occasionally having to spit out beans &/or rice…
HAPPY I DIDN’T GET A BURRITO..!!!
It’d been impossible to separate that…bad experience…the cooks must not test their product before putting it on the line for others to pay for…

Ordered via grubhub and food was as fresh as if I’d picked it up myself. I love how the food is prepared with love n’ care, not rushed and thrown together. I had the vegetarian bowl with a veggie patty added in and baaaaaby let me tell ya, I’m never eating at another Mexican place again. This is my go-to. I suggest you try them.
