I love bubbakoos burritos but the meat is never warm. The taco bowls are cold sometimes stale. They don’t put enough rice. It’s always cold. Seem like the food will be warm. Other than that. The food is great with the bowls. They don’t give you the nachos you have to pay for them. I just don’t like cold cold food like that. It needs to be warm. and I don’t know how to fold a burrito like a burrito supposed to be so I don’t get that anymore. chips is stale cause they sit too long.

I had been wanting to try Bubbakoo’s for a while, so I finally stopped in after leaving another business in the area. I decided on a bowl, with grilled chicken. I will start by saying the portions are certainly generous. I could’ve saved half to be another .eal for later. All the ingredients were fresh, and the flavor was coming through. I’ll be back to try more of the menu, as everything looked really good.

When we were in the area, we went in and were the first to order and Someone had came in afterwards for a pickup order. There had some pretty neat choices of burritos on the menu
“Nashville” “ pineapple express” “silly philly” and the size of the burrito is pretty massive for $11-12. However,
-The burrito’s combo meal would’ve been around $15-16.
-The fountain drinks were $3.
-A large chips and queso were $9
Not only did the chips and drinks seemed pricey, but after we’d paid for our food, we drove back home to eat. Bubbakoo’s tasted like an overpriced Moe’s.
There weren’t any flavors that made either of us go “This is the must-have” “this is a go-to”
The restaurant seemed like a gimmick of a burrito stand.

On a late night, everyone was at the Wingstop next-door so I stopped in the burrito place as no one was in line. Decent variety with the ability for you to customize your bowl or wrap however you’d like. I chose the general Tso’s crispy chicken, which had a good flavor and crunch. The chicken tenders were already made in a bowl. He chopped it up then they added the respective sauce to it. Young people and older gentlemen working. Ok price and quantity. The beef Barbacoa looked good. It’s well lit inside and some fair seating. It was ok, I can’t recall anything so special or unique to report. Try them for yourself. If you could wait in line for Wingstop next door, you can definitely try here-something different than wings. Don’t worry, they still sell fried chicken.

Sorry I can’t give any ratings on the server or the location itself as I ordered on DoorDash. The food was not as flavorful as we were expecting it to be. Honestly it was just full of bell peppers, cilantro and pineapples that we could taste. The burritos were smaller than what they looked like on the app but it’s ok I guess. We will try this place in person so I can definitely see if things will be the same. Stay tuned.

I’ve eaten at the Stockbridge & Mt. Zion locations. The food is always FRESH! Restaurant is clean! Customer service is always GREAT!!! Even when I use a delivery service, the food looks JUST like the picture!!!! It’s fulfilling, reasonably and properly priced! My children absolutely be lit when I bring Bubbakoos home! I recommend!

Amazing! We unfortunately ordered right before they were closing for pickup, but they delivered and it was probably the best food we had our whole trip.
Food was a 10/10. I don’t even remember what I got past it had chicken, rice, beans, and some veggies. Friend got the hibachi steak and shrimp and it was heavenly.
Service was a 100/10. Thank you so much for making our order so close to close and letting me get a cherry Pepsi. The staff were so nice and even let my friend get a tea last minute.
Atmosphere was good, I didn’t spend much time inside but it looked clean and people were sitting at tables outside enjoying their food too.

I’ve come here several times and the food quality is always consistently good. They are never out of ingredients and they make their food the same way every time which I find reassuring. Prices are reasonable and they’re open late too

I chose to visit this location because the other restaurant I normally go to in Stockbridge closes at 11 PM, and according to Google, this location is open until 12 midnight. I arrived at approximately 11:25 PM, and the “Open” sign was still on. When I walked in, I was asked if I was picking up an order. I replied that I wanted to place an order, and I was then told that the kitchen was closed.
This was confusing and frustrating, as your posted business hours state you are open until midnight, and the open sign was still displayed. Immediately after I walked out, an employee came behind me, locked the door, and turned off the open sign. This reflects poorly on customer service and creates misleading expectations for customers.
If the kitchen closes earlier, your posted hours should accurately reflect that. Transparency with customers is important. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I will continue to visit the Eagles Landing location, as they consistently provide better service and a more reliable experience.
