This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken bowl, and when I got home there was literally not a single piece of chicken in it. How does that even happen?
To make it worse, they also forgot my chips in the order. I had to go back just to get them, and only later realized my “chicken bowl” had no chicken at all.
This level of carelessness is unbelievable. If you’re going to charge people for food, at least make sure the main ingredient is actually in the bowl. Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.
I would not recommend this place at all.

Fast and delicious! On this visit. I had the Philly Burrito. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I included a few photos from my visit. Location was clean and had plenty of seating.

Fusion Mexican. Not sure what I expected, but it was not Chinese food wrapped up in a tortilla. We tried the build-your-own quesadilla, burritos, and honestly, the quality and taste of Chipotle is head and shoulders above this place. Bubbakoo’s has fewer options for toppings, did not taste as fresh, less meat in each entree as well. See pic of burrito below. Chips were stale.
The birria quesadillas actually did look very good. If we come back, it will be to try that.

Tried BubbaKoo’s Burritos today and honestly… never again. The photos online look amazing, but that’s marketing at its finest — because what we got was the complete opposite.
My burrito had almost no meat. I’m talking literally two tiny pieces buried under a bunch of filler. For the price, that’s wild. The flavor wasn’t there, the portion wasn’t worth it, and the whole thing just felt like a low-effort throw-together.
We were excited to try something new, but this was a big letdown.
At the end of the day: Chipotle wins by a landslide. This place is a no-no for us.

Terrible service! Confusion and scrambling around to make simple food. 8 employees lost in the sauce. The elderly lady made excuses “we are new”. Burrito was cold and the portions are ridiculously small for the price. $17 for just a burrito! For reference the Starbucks drink is a Tall.

Not many fast-food places can make you say “wow” after finishing, but Bubbakoo’s definitely did. The flavors are diverse, and the dessert really helps balance out the heat. It’s only an additional $3.99 for a combo that includes a drink plus chips and salsa, which is a great deal. I’m excited to try the queso next time. The aesthetic is great too — clean, fun, and modern.

Well I believe I found the next and better than Chipotle’s- Soft Tacos is what you would want- I can only imagine the burritos tasting as good as the tacos. Recommending this new restaurant- comfort seating and sports tvs that places you in a positive environment. Well done. 5stars, I have a new taco joint- Yes!!

Food was fresh, fast, and delicious! Everything is seasoned very well so that every item added stand out on its own. Tammy took great care of us and the customer service was great too. Recommend the Southwest Potstickers if you like a little spicy! We will definitely be back!
