I’m in Maryland on a work trip and coming from Texas, I take my tacos seriously and Bubba Coo’s Burritos at Clarksburg Mall absolutely delivered. I was helped by the manager, Brendan, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
I asked him what he personally likes to order and told him to make it the way he would for himself. He hooked me up with birria tacos and chips with salsa, and everything was phenomenal. The tacos were packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while.
Great food, great atmosphere, and top-tier customer service. Brendan really made the experience memorable. If you’re in the area, this spot is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Pretty surprised to see such high reviews. Will give 3 stars because the hospitality was great and very friendly, but the food was alright at best. I got the California steakhouse burrito and got very little steak, which was disappointing because it was a $20 burrito.

Bubbakoos is ultimately an authentic restaurant that serves different versions of what most people would consider “Mexican” dishes. The food is highly flavorful and employees are respectful & work at a decent pace. Love this place great spot to try out when visiting the mall.

Wish I got to try it but I arrived at 6:40 only for them to tell me they closed at 6:30 and wouldn’t take my order but per Google they’re open until 7. So basically they wanted to leave early over taking my order. Having worked in food service over 15 years, that’s poor and unacceptable and tells me they wanted to go home early instead of do business with me.

The food here is amazing! It was so hard to choose what to eat because they have so many options. I decided to build my own burrito bowl and get a bunch of different sauces on the side to try. All the sauces are 5 stars, but I still dream about the mango habanero sauce. My group got a variety of items to try including the quesadillas, tacos, and burritodillas – all great options. I didn’t realize they have curly fries and desserts (hello boardwalk cookies!), so I’ll definitely be adding those to my order next time. I’ll also add that even though they were super busy when I went, the staff were so nice, and were able to get through orders quickly. If there’s a line, definitely wait – it will be worth it!

I’m a special needs teacher at GHS. We took our kids to the outlets for community. Where a few of our kids bring money to help learn to order and pay for food. Brendan did an amazing gesture. He allowed our kids to order their own food then proceeded to pay for the kids meal himself. True show of character! Food was very good.. please go support.
