Every time I order delivery from this location, the manager seems to take the opportunity to skimp on my meal. I ordered nachos “the works” and requested the chips and queso on the side so the food wouldn’t be soggy during delivery — a very reasonable request.
The nachos are supposed to include 4 oz of queso, but I received about 2 oz, and the same shortage applied to the pico. While the beef portion was decent, the black beans were barely an ounce.
When I called the store, the manager told me that ordering items on the side is “an inconvenience” because he has to pay for containers. I explained that I work in food service and understand that packaging costs are already factored into menu pricing. He responded by saying he does not “have to do what you want.”
The conversation was unnecessarily rude. I went into the store and showed him the container the nachos normally come in (I order here often) and explained that all toppings typically fit in that container, with chips and queso on the side. That was all I asked for.
Instead of taking accountability, he justified his actions by saying “other people” try to get extra food. I explained that this had nothing to do with me — if my request couldn’t be honored, the standard preparation should have been followed. He then shifted blame to the staff for “misinterpreting” the order.
At no point did he apologize or attempt to correct the situation.
I spend a lot of money at this establishment and even recently won the Spin to Win promotion. Being treated this way — especially when this is the second time this manager has shorted my order — is extremely discouraging. Reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern.

This store was great when they first opened! However they have fallen short my last few visits.
I placed an order yesterday & specifically asked for the chips to be “on the side” which as you can see in pics they did not do. I also asked for raspberry sauce on the side for the boardwalk cookies, but it wasn’t even in the bag. The Chips and the Taco shells used to be fresh here when they first opened but Now, They have been stale my last few visits! I prefer fresh chips and taco shells if I wanted stale chewy chips and taco shells I would go to chipotle!
I also did not order any lettuce and that was also on my order.

Ordered shrimp taco trio for $21… tacos were delicious but pricey. The chiwawa wasn’t the biggest fan of, rice is hard on top and doesn’t look like the picture on menu. Veggie bowl was great. Fried Oreos with raspberry topping are delicious! Better than the ones at Rehoboth boardwalk! I will say these bowls were heavy and filling! Way more food than chipotle gives you! We will rerun to this new restaurant! Highly recommend.

This is a pretty good restaurant. The food is awesome and I have never had a bad experience in all the times I have eaten here. The staff is really nice, and they are efficient. With that said, they could keep the area a little cleaner and do a little better communication when moving your food between stations, but overall this is a really good restaurant.

Been riding past forever and once i seen pics on doordash I had to give it a try. My kids loved the birria and rice and steak bowl with sour cream and cheese. The Birria was ok and i did not like the steak bowl. The cheese melted like thick. Not a fan. People were nice. For two meals we spent $30.

First time trying Bubbakoo’s and let me say the burritos are huge and delish! I got the quesarito and there is enough for 2 meals! My hubby got the build your own burrito and it was too much for him in 1 meal too! The house salsa and hot salsa are good too! Neither have very much heat. I am disappointed in the chips and queso. For almost $9 you get a bag of chips that is only 1/4th full and a half cup of queso. This is supposed to be enough for 2 people? At that price? Yeah, we won’t be buying THAT again!

Food WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The quesarilla was packed full and delicious and the deep fried oreos reminded me of the beach, and love!! We will definitely be back!! Great Job!

For our first experience it was just okay. My wife and I each ordered a burrito and they butchered hers. They ended up having to dump the burrito into a new wrap and it was spilling all over the place. Not a good look when you’re handling food. They also gave her double meat without asking her if she wanted double meat and then charged extra. My burrito was fine, but came out a bit small for the pricing. Also, as it was the silly Philly it states it comes with cheese. Instead it had a queso sauce. That is not cheese. The burrito was also not very filling. Probably will try it out again. Perhaps do a create your own burrito.
Definitely was hoping for better. Maybe next time.
