I think that Bubbakoo’s is worth the occasional visit. The food is tasty and fresh but the menu is just a bit complex- and like some other places of this type, you feel a little pressure to get your order done and pushed off to pay. Like, if it’s not your 10th time here, step back and decide what you want and then come back.
I always have the feeling (from behind the counter – not from the back of the Li e) that I’m slowing down the process.
But – I must agree with others who rave over the food here. Sauces are bold and challenges your pallet. Nice place and recommended.

i’m in love. the food is so delicious and filling. I had the papa hibachi burrito in the signature deals? SO YUMMY! the shrimp and steak was so fresh. the cilantro lime rice? exquisite and I usually don’t care for cilantro. really worth it.

Stopped by Bubbakoo’s Burritos and had a really solid experience overall. The wait honestly wasn’t bad at all, pretty quick for how busy it felt. When we got our food, we noticed it wasn’t piping hot (more warm than hot), but the flavor totally made up for it. Everything tasted amazing and the combinations they put together are awesome. I ended up saving mine to reheat later and it still hit the spot. I’m hoping next time it comes out hotter, because the taste alone definitely makes me want to come back.

So I went here last night hoping to get dinner. We had a long day! I was the only customer there. I ordered 2 steak and shrimp quesadillas I had brown rice with corn only I aboustly can not eat spicy food!!!! My son had just steak and shrimp with cheese only. We went home took a bite of my food and nothing but spiciness! I called they stated they gave me the wrong order it was an employees order. Smh To me why was an employee order even out and not put up? I have not heard from manager nor received a refund. Now I have to show up in person which is an inconvenience. Poor service food and response. Truly disappointed and I’m still not feeling well.

This place is great!! A lot of different food options from meals to desserts and it’s all amazing! My personal favorite was the love chips, the raspberry drizzling is the best. And the servers are all super nice, they’re not shy about the servings, like other places. 10/10 would recommend this place again.

I ordered from them off of UberEats, big mistake! I ordered their honey lime sriracha tacos, supposed to come with pineapple salsa, cilantro, lettuce on top. I had maybe 6 pieces of tiny pineapple IN TOTAL throughout all THREE tacos, no lettuce or cilantro. on the tacos. just some strands of lettuce on top of my chips, which i did not receive my salsa for either. I know they can’t do much to refund me since I ordered through Uber, however when I spoke to their “lead” she attempted blaming Uber for my missing items. I informed her I was pretty positive someone didn’t reach into my tacos and just take off only the pineapple, cilantro, and lettuce, seems sort of far fetched to me. I never write reviews, honestly, but as someone who is working a 48 hour shift and starving, it would’ve been nice to receive a coupon or something perhaps since 50% of my meal, or at least what would make the meal enjoyable, was missing. A shame!

Majorly delicious! It’s hard to find takeout places that have the crunchy salad bowls, so I was thrilled to find this place! Huge portions and delicious ingredients. Mobile orders were made fast too (earlier than projected time). I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you’re visiting the East Coast and love Mexican-inspired food, skipping this place would be a big miss! One of the best fast-casual chains around — fresh, flavorful, and packed with options. I tried the Veggie Burritodilla (a burrito-quesadilla hybrid) and curly fries — both were absolutely delicious. While they didn’t have a veggie patty option, the range of toppings and sauces more than made up for it.

• Not Spicy: BBQ, General Tso’s
• Kinda Spicy: Sweet Chili, Buffalo, Sriracha Honey, Chipotle Crema, Sriracha Ranch, Boom Boom Sauce
• Spicy: Mango Habanero

Manager was the one serving us in Middletown, NY. Extremely cold. Poor service to customers. I got the shredded pork bowl and there was barely any meat. Most of the bowl was lettuce, rice, and beans. I was there once they opened and their portions were much bigger. It’s a shame how this restaurant turned out. Will not be going back.
