The food is delicious, and the customer service is 10/10. Everyone is very friendly. The people here are very kind, but I feel it’s unfair to have their employees working in that cold. I only went in for a maximum of 5 minutes and couldn’t stand the cold. They should be more considerate of their employees. I wanted to share a meal with my family, but we couldn’t sit down because of the cold. They should fix that as soon as possible.

The guy making my burrito was super friendly and helpful it was our first time there and I’m glad we popped in everything we ordered we really enjoyed! The only thing I didn’t love was both of the bathrooms were out of hand soap!

Nice presentation and clean location. Not the greatest but it is unique. I would try a different burrito but that one was average. I did not taste anything unique about it maybe because the pineapple and black bean “liquid” went on heavy on the building of the burrito.

Huge thank you to Ruben from Bubakoo Burritos in Poughkeepsie! On New Year’s Eve, my DoorDash driver tried to deliver an order that wasn’t mine and never even picked up from the restaurant. After I contacted DoorDash to report the issue, Ruben personally brought my correct order to my house.

Food was delicious!! First time ordering from this place and we were not disappointed. I ordered from DoorDash but next time I will order from their website because you can earn rewards each order that earns you free items which is nice. We will definitely be back!!

Rip off! Ordered online for delivery through their website. The steak and shrimp burrito was purposely over filled with rice and beans. I ate over half the burrito and not a single bite of meat or shrimp which I paid so much for. That is STEALING. I also ordered a 2 oz guac which was ridiculously priced at almost $3 and the audacity to not even be filled all the way. RIP OFF. Go to Chipotle. The driver took so long to deliver that I couldn’t call and complain because it was now after hours. I have been going to this place for some time now. EXTREMELY dissatisfied. Never again.

They tell you all the things you can put on whatever you ordered. And yet nobody asks you anything about what you want. They just wrap it up and look at you like a deer in the headlights. Then say 14 bucks. Never going back there again just for the simple fact that the customer clearly isn’t important to them at all. I’m sure ownership doesn’t feel that way but the workers sure don’t care. Maybe hire some people that understand English. I mean it is a predominantly English speaking neighborhood

Best brown rice I’ve ever had! The kids love it too which is so surprising since they won’t touch it from any where else, they absolutely hate brown rice but don’t leave one bite to waste when we order it from here!! AMAZING queso. Came here after a bad experience next door to hopefully make it up to my kids, and it was great! The cashier was very friendly and joked with my son while we were waiting for our order to be ready. Only thing is I wish it was a little cheaper, but I can understand why it’s not, it’s fresh, hot, and pretty good for being in such a bad area. If we lived closer, I’m sure my kids would make me come here at least once a week LOL! Keep it up boys.
