Very good professional experience for me….between this site and the poughkeepsie site. Context: ordered on the app, order went to the wrong store poughkeepsie..called store supervisor, he called new Windsor explained for me..Julio (store /shift supervisor) of new Windsor said no problem and personally made my order in a timely manner, I walked in and saw him making it. This is without me even mentioning that the food is very good, my family enjoy the flavors and options. Shout out to Julio and the Poughkeepsie supervisor.

We were disappointed only once and they immediately did their very best to make it right (which was today). Absolutely amazing company and incredible staff. Spoke with Frankie today and he was very kind and generous. Thank you to the other 3 behind the counter as well!

Very expensive and service is hit or miss. Depending on the shift will determine the quality of your order! Food is always fresh but not always at the temperature it’s supposed to be. I want to love it but with the price and service I can’t justify it.

Solid choice if you need something quick, I’ve been trying to avoid fast foods like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, all that sort of stuff and this place is the perfect replacement for them! Better taste, healthier, just as fast, and not a total bank breaker like chipotle. Highly recommend

Food’s decent, but there’s almost no professionalism. I made part of my order, then watched and waited as the staff sat around chatting and laughing. Before I knew it, my food was rung up at the register. My order wasn’t even fully taken, so it’s definitely not fully prepared. No sauces, no beverages, and no chance to order my other items. Coincidentally they were very attentive to the employee that was making an order but not the PAYING CUSTOMER!

I’ve tried this restaurant twice and both times extremely satisfied. I wish I could say that about their neighbors on both sides. I ordered the vegan taco bowl. I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. Warmed up the next day in my toaster oven and wow it was even better. My husband is very hard to please with fast food and he was even happy with his order. The sauces are amazing, customer service very pleasant always with a smile and helping you to get the best complimentary options. The manager did a great job on training and hiring to make this location a pleasant experience.

Needed something quick and have been wanting to try Bubbakoo’s. I got the Buffalo chicken quesadillo with extra cheese. She did great on the extra cheese… so cheesy! They also gave me some Nashville Hot and Ghost Pepper sauce to dip with and both were really good. Ghost pepper is definitely hot!. Even though it was 19 mins before closing, everyone was kind and curious. Forgot the Pic of my quesadillo, but it was really delicious and not horribly expensive. Next time I should try a burito.

The best burritos and burrito bowls you will get. The variety is amazing, everything is fresh; they give you more than enough! The burritos are the size of a Nerf football, for goodness sake. Everything tastes great! Easy online ordering, friendly pickup in store, clean store too. Our go-to Tex-Mex restaurant! Awesome

The food here is decent. Fast service, good quality and portions. I loved the queso and chips. I think the rice and meat could be seasoned more but besides that there’s plenty of options & it’s a healthier choice compared to other fast food restaurants.
