Ordered several taco salads only to receive little to no lettuce. When contacting the restaurant, and the owner, I was instead met with requests to bring the food back so he can see. Sending photos of the food was not good enough for him, and he made reference to checking cameras to see how his employees made the food…In the end, no help or resolution was offered. I love this chain, but this location does not follow the standards I’ve seen from other locations.

New favorite! My friend and I both ordered bowls and they were delicious! We loved how easy it was to order online and customize our bowls exactly how we wanted them. There are so many different options. My friend decided to get a sweet chili hibachi shrimp bowl and I went with general tso’s grilled chicken. We both loved them and can’t wait to order again and switch up our choices. This place has definitely earned a spot on our favorites list!

I visited bubbakoos on applegarth for the first time today because I received gift cards for Xmas. The store was not very clean and poorly lit. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl which is priced at $11.19. The server filled the bowl with mostly rice and barely any chicken. I must eat more protein than starch. I asked for more chicken and she added 2 tiny chunks. It was the stingiest bowl I’ve ever seen. I always order from Chipotle and think I will be sticking to it. The price is lower and the portion much more generous. I’m extremely disappointed with bubbakoos.

Food is always delicious and well cooked. The customer service is top notch. They are all nice here. Especially the Spanish speaking guy wish I knew his name, he always has a smile and pleased to service you.

The food was great, but the customer service is atrocious. Even with a manager there, everything seemed to be clustered.
It may have been a hiccup for today, but you can tell the workers there had terrible training. They didn’t really understand the assembly line concept, no one truly knew how to work the POS(point of sale computer) or fully knew the menu.
I was charged incorrectly, but I just wanted to leave because there was already people complaining before me.
The franchise(food) is good, but this one is just poorly ran.

We visited this place for the first time and ordered curly fries loaded with veges. We liked it. Reasonable indoor space to sit. Few options to sit out. Ample parking and will try few other things in the future.

Wayyyyy over priced for what you get. Half of what you get at a chipolte. $14.95 got me 2 small scoops of white rice, ONE 2oz scoop of chop meat (a taco bell taco has 2oz of beef), a little cheese and a single sling of Queso. I had to go to wawa next door to buy another dish so I wouldn’t go hungry.
