We visited Bubbakoo’s Burritos after watching a movie. It was pretty busy as they were fulfilling online orders. I waited about 15 minutes before being able to place my order. I wanted to do a build-your-own quesadilla with birria, but they rung it up as a birria crispy quesadilla. There were red onions on it which I was not a huge fan of, and would have preferred without, but I did not want to waste a whole quesadilla because of it. Next time, I will know to ask for it without onions or anything else. It seemed that there were only young people working, but they were doing a great job. One of them gave us a cool tote bag, so I will be using that a lot from now on!

In order to enjoy the food, you’ll have to put one of their sauces on it. The food taste bland without it. No seasoning, no love. I’m someone who loves and appreciates food. For this location, no love is given. I ran out of the house without eating so I was extremely hungry. I had no choice, but to eat it.

Outstanding service, staff is helpful and friendly. It never seemed like you were bothering them for making them do theyre job. I cant say the sams alot of staff in other establishments in the food industry. Not here. I would highly recommend coming here, especially if you may have had anxiety or trouble talking to people in general.

everyone that works here please find employment elsewhere, you all suck! what is supposed to be nachos is made as a bowl….okaaaay? and nachos with nacho cheese when asked for queso (they were “all out”) even though there was queso on the meal…yet again…okaaaay? let’s put the nacho cheese inside the food so we don’t have to put anymore chips or toppings on it….riiiiiight. please address these issues with your team

I always have come to this location, but today was a very bad experience. Ordered my usual, burrito bowl with steak, & guacamole $15.99 it was 3ish in the afternoon, not a soul in the store. We got home I opened it up to see RAW steak. So we went back. The manager was sitting on her phone. I explained to her that the steak is raw, she says in a very nasty way “Do you have the receipt “? I said I was just in here & you even rang me up a little while ago, so I show her the raw steak in the bowl. She turned around & slammed the bottom drawer under the stove open & grabbed more steak to put ON TOP of the raw meat. I said “oh I don’t want more steak on top of the raw steak I want my money back “ she gave me the money back & didn’t even say anything. I’m just surprised that she did that. So many issues with the entire situation. Lord knows what was she thinking serving RAW steak.
