The best people are the franchisee, the guy with glasses and his wife manage it and work in the AM, the guy with glasses looks italian, remembers everyone’s name and is super nice and respectful, engages in convo with you while you wait for your food, talks about his son and everything good place, good atmosphere, and good environment.

I order the chiwawa big mistake. The lady was talking to the other worker from the place next door and not a hello. The food was cold she didn’t ask me what I wanted just stood there. Will not be ordering from them again. I would give no stars

Do not visit this location – go to other Bubbakoo’s!!
I’m glad I’ve been to other locations, because if this was my first time going to a Bubbakoo’s, I would get the wrong impression of them. I know how good other locations are and how friendly the staff usually are. I’m never going back to this Bubbakoo’s in the outlets. Here’s why:
As soon as I was customizing my order with a female employee, a man kept interjecting very aggressively. The lady did not need assistance, so I’m not sure why he kept hovering over her and making comments. The guy kept asking me if I wanted certain things on my menu item and the lady nicely told me that those things would cost extra. I realized later that everything he mentioned and tried to push me into adding, would have been an additional charge.
When I got to the register, I told the lady that I had a coupon on the app. The guy once again aggressively intercepted and said an online coupon couldn’t be used. I told him that it says it can be redeemed for online orders or in restaurant. He then changed what he said and told me it couldn’t be used on the item I ordered. I said “okay, no worries” to the lady and mentioned to her that he was very pushy. She looked at me helplessly and told me that he is the owner. I was shocked. If he treats his customers this way, I can’t even imagine how he treats his employees.
Not only was the customer service not up to par, but the food didn’t seem very fresh. I don’t see how this location will stay in business.

I visited first time in August 2025 when I went there that is Mexican lady . People told me it like chipotle.
When i order burritos they start charging extra for horrible salsa which worst then packed salsa from
Grocery store .
Horrible horrible test burrito and they’re not giving enough salsa or sauce. If you ask extra, they charge 1.50$ extra.
Overall burrito with combo cost me $20, which is not even worth one dollar.
If I get a free food, I will never buy this Bobaakkos burrito.

I asked about a chiwawa and she said it was expensive I should get a bowl instead, it felt she said that because she didn’t want to make what I was inquiring about.
As I’m asking about the chiwawa she started to scratch her arm aggressively while wearing the gloves she was going to make my food with, so I walked away.

MmmmmM ….. Nothing like a delicious taco when you’re having a craving. Everything thing was super fresh from the shrimp to the cilantro in my delicious tacos. Will definitely be back to this location whenever I’m around the Premium outlets.
