Gross. The guacamole came out of some log. It was inedible. My wife got some kind of hot sauce and it tasted like kerosene.

Great place. I got an order of loaded nachos to go and both the guy making my order and the girl behind the register were incredibly nice and polite. Prices were great too, nachos with what had to be a pound of toppings was just a little over $10 and I got a free fountain drink because I’m a student. I only wish they didn’t use cilantro because I’m not a fan of it, but that’s any Mexican restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

The three young staff members working tonight (Monday before Thanksgiving) were GREAT! With a big order we are used to receiving at least one mistake or missing an item (from OTHER restaurants). We ordered through the app and they got everything right. They went above and beyond by adding all the sauces and wrapping them securely and putting everything into bags that I could carry to the car. Smiles and eye contact and kind words, with great service- very difficult to come by in the restaurant industry these days. We will be back for the good food but even better service. THANK YOU! Keep up the great work!

I love this location. Always prompt, hot and excellent customer service. I have had some problems with my orders when I order through door dash like the food is all thrown around, but no issues when I go in to eat or get take out. The messed up orders through door dash are most likely due to the door dash employee improperly handling the order. I recommend the hibachi steak and shrimp! Amazing!

Never a line, always politely greeted upon arrival. Food quality and taste is always good. They definitely give you way more in a bowl than chipotle for such a bargain of $10. Enough food for 2-3 servings.

Placed an order today on the web site but unfortunately never recieved it due to the uber driver taking it to the wrong address. I called the restaurant immediately and ended up speaking with Tom who was super helpful and let me know that they could remake the order and send it using their drivers. He also let me know that if I wanted delivery through them to call in my order. Great food and great customer service. I will def be ordering again!!

Only putting one star since I can’t put ZERO. Bubbakoos has screwed up my order more than 3 times the past week yet I still give them a chance but this time was the last straw. I paid EXTRA extra for things in my entree and of course they were all missing when the food was delivered and there was basically NOTHING to eat so I call the LONG BRANCH LOCATION and the “supervisor” basically tells me it was my fault that those items were missing so I will never be ordering from Bubbakoos specifically the one in LONG BRANCH. I hate to be that person but
