Yesterday I went hiking and was super hungry after. I decided to try this spot and I’m so glad I did. It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It was mad just perfectly. I truly enjoyed it. I wish I lived closer. Best Burger Spot | Best burgers hands down! I’m mad I don’t live close to stop by daily. But definitely will be coming back. 10/10
I got the cheese fries $6.99, Single California served with lettuce tomato mayo and American cheese for $12.99.
My mom got the house special which was; bubba’s double bacon smasher $15.99 served with two smash patties, lettuce, tomato, mayo, American cheese & applewood bacon. She got onion rings on the side.
They don’t have a wide verify for alcohol beverages but there is a gas station near by or you can bring stuff from outside in and drink while you eat. In total I spent about $80 which wasn’t bad at all. 10/10 highly recommend definitely coming back soon. ☺️

Haven’t been able to go in a while but I had time to yesterday dragged my mother out with me and neither of us could stop raving about the food! Everything was amazingly fresh and delicious! The prices are fair the portions huge the staff is all extremely friendly and out waitress was on top of everything the entire time we were there! Drinks empty or almost? She was already there refill in hand. I had the chicken parm mom had the double bacon smashburger and we tried the flatbread pizza which was also absolutely amazing! I love coming here its one of the best restaurants around. Only downside is its too far would love for him to open up a location in stroudsburg one day! Would never get me out lol food is just that amazing

We ordered togo for the first time tonight at the Dingmans Ferry location.
Kick’n chicken sandwich- had barely any chicken, mostly the breading. The chicken we did find was very over cooked, very dry/tough. No way to just bite into it. Served on a hamburger bun and not a brioche roll.
Avocado club burger- asked for the garlic aioli on the side, got the Bubba sauce instead (tasted and looked the same as the “chicken” sandwich). No pepper jack cheese, no mac salad on the side. Not fresh Avocado, it was some weird spread. Pickle wasn’t tucked under the paper, so the bottom bun was soaked and falling apart.
Fries and onion rings were okay, but nothing to brag about.
We threw most of our meal into the garbage. Not worth the money and would not recommend.

We ordered a large pie with extra cheese for pick up. When we opened the box at home the pie was over well done/burnt. I called and spoke to a young woman who really wasn’t into customer service and told me ‘what do you want me to do the owner is busy and we are in the middle of a rush’. She put me on hold. We totally understand the restaurant business and being in the middle of a rush. We were willing to wait. The owner got on the phone and was pleasant and very accommodating. When my husband went back to pick up our replacement pie the owner agreed that the pie was not up to par. Not only was the replacement pie excellent, but we were given 20 BBQ wings that were outstanding and on top of that he refunded our money. Fantastic. Great customer service!! Thanks for making it right Bubba Jays!!

Havent had a bad meal here yet. Chef Heather is awesome. She nails it out of the park with every dish. She puts her heart into everything she prepares and you can tell! Garlic buttered bread bowl, stuffed with spaghetti and too many meatballs to fit. Meatballs are soft and flavorful, with lots of juice and nice texture. Sauce is sweet and delicate. 10/10.

I’ve came across many burger joints this one was the best. Food was awesome including the smash burger has immaculate taste and the bun was insanely good. The waiter was very kind and was not rushy or rude at all. Many people came in and out as I was there. My only complaint from Bubba Jays is that it left me wanting more.

I stopped in during my lunch break. It wasn’t busy (I’m pretty sure I stopped in right after they opened), the waitress was very attentive, and the food was reasonably priced (I want to say I paid $13 for the avocado burger and pasta salad) and very good. It is a smash burger, so you have no choice over the “wellness”, but that didn’t matter to me. I can’t speak to how it is during peak hours, but during off peak hours of the day it is 100% worth it to stop in and get a burger.

Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Never had a problem with any of their food. Burgers, chicken and pizza are all good.
Their stromboli is huge and enough for 2. They dont always have them so it’s a good idea to call ahead.

Went for a drive today with the Hubby and found this little gem. Decided to stop and have a quick lunch. We definitely did NOT regret stopping! Staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant was cozy and very welcoming and the food.. WOW!! My husband got the Bacon double smash burger. This burger was not for the faint of heart. It was huge! Husband was only able to eat half. I ordered the grilled chicken smash potato.. SOOO good!!! I also was only able to eat half of it. To add to the deliciousness of the food, my husband’s burger came with a side of macaroni salad. I usually don’t like macaroni salad because I’m not a huge fan of mayonnaise neither is my husband but this macaroni salad I couldn’t stop eating it. They definitely add a “secret “ ingredient that makes all the difference in the world!! We will definitely will be stopping by on our little adventures when we are bored at home and having a quick bite!!

We saw the place in passing and turned around because burgers sounded like a good dinner. We got there and it was busy. It’s small, recently opened. It had very friendly serving staff. We got seated after a few when the next table got cleared off.
Got a Bubba’s Smack burger (one of their smash burgers) and it was delicious. Not greasy and with amazing beer battered fries.
My son got a hot dog kid meal he ate quickly and my husband got a bacon double. He wasn’t keen on how they cooked their bacon (he’s picky but it’s ok). We also got the fries with cheese and bacon. Large portions, worth the value.
We come to the Poconos every few weeks and he told me we are definitely going back to try more delicious meals. great burgers. Worth the price.
