I recently visited the restaurant and was captivated by the stunning view. However, I must admit that I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food. Despite the picturesque surroundings, the dishes fell short of my expectations. Regrettably, we found ourselves unable to finish most of the items we ordered. Met up with family here, it’s located at the entrance of the pier. Has inside and outside table options. I had the jambalaya and we ordered some Cajun shrimp for appetizers. The food was good and our waiter was friendly and attentive.

Food was great and fairly priced. Staff excellent. Bathrooms clean. About five beer on draft. Seating inside or al fresco overlooking the parking lot. Still I’m unsure whether the movie Forest Gump was produced to promote the restaurant, or the restaurant launched to promote the movie.

Let me start with the fact that after we were seated and after we flipped the sign, it took staff over 15 minutes to acknowledge our presence. I had to ask the host for help, apparently our server did not know that we were ‘his table’. After that Tom,our server, really tried to be accommodating. The food,however, was just okay. Nothing crazy,but tasty. After all, it’s a crowded and popular restaurant on Santa Monica pier. It is a little outdated and it could have used some improvements and.. cleaning.

Delicious! I highly recommend the Chicken Alabama Linguine Pasta! So flavorful and perfectly cooked. Even the chicken is flavorful itself. The only thing is that the salmon wasn’t too good. It was ok :/ . But definitely eat here while you enjoy the ocean view! The atmosphere is so joyful.

Bread was ok …. mashed potatos were bomb …. mack and cheese was different it had shrimp not bad ….. shrimp garlic was better than Cajun…… the bucket was for peels …. sauce is cool …. fast seating …. gift shop is cool nostalgia… u can take a picture with the bench outside
