My husband wanted to go here despite the bad reviews just for the experience, but it’s a tourist trap. Food is really bad, worst margarita ever, and it’s expensive for what you get. Service was slow even though the restaurant was half full. I wouldn’t recomend eating here although the decorations were nice.

The food was terrible and so was the service! The restaurant was half full, and it took ten minutes for a waiter to come to our table. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food. The waiter messed up my husband’s order, but he took it anyway because he said he didn’t want to wait 45 more minutes. The shrimp was cooked too hard, and the hush puppies were flavorless. Save yourself some time and money, go elsewhere.

Wayyyy better than the one back home in Destin, only because of the views and of course the casino.. hahaha.. absolutely love sitting outside, I do not care about the temperature and I’m from Florida.. food was good, service was great and really this place is strictly about location Location LOCATION.. stop in for a meal and/or drink to experience for yourself!!

Really disappointed in my visit here today. Several things were really lacking at this branch of Bubba Gump. I visited here with my daughter and thought we would grab a bite before we gambled a bit. I had some Landry’s e-gift cards I needed to use and figured I could use them for lunch. The first problem was my daughter’s ceasar salad. The shrimp had clearly not been cleaned and the dressing was sour. In my opinion, a $20 salad should at least have properly cleaned shrimp. Our waiter was nowhere in site. When the waiter finally came back around near the end of our meal and asked if everything was alright, she showed him where all of the shrimp had not been cleaned. He took her plate, which she had eaten 3 bites off of, and said he would show it to their chef. No apologies or offer to replace it with something else. Then he came back with our bill which still had the ceasar salad on it. I wasn’t going to argue with him, but I felt like it should have been taken off since she didn’t eat it. I gave him the gift card numbers and my credit card to cover whatever else and when he came back he told me that one of the gift cards was rejected and he had run my bank card for the rest. So I had to pay the balance which was fine, but he should have come and told me there was a problem with the gift card so we could double check the numbers to see if there was a mistake instead of just running my card. I rechecked the balance of the gift card when I left and it still had $25 dollars on it. It was a very frustrating experience. At that point, I just left without even bothering to gamble like I had wanted to.
