Wasn’t my best food experience at a Bubba Grump. Comparing this one to the one in Hollywood FL. The food was warm not hot. Appetizers were also warm not hot. The fish was ridiculously over battered. On the bright side the waitress was amazing. So no downside on that. When the manager came over and I explained the situation it was simply like ok. The solution offered was a replacement and I was not with it. It is what it is some restaurants of the same franchise will be better than others. I hope everyone else has a better experience.

We celebrated our 25 Anniversary here. You can sit inside or you can sit outside which overlooks the Ocean. Our waitress took it upon herself to bring the other waitstaff out and give us dessert and yell Happy Anniversary. The food is delicious, nice portions and quick to be served . I give this a high rating , after your done eating you can walk outside and see a concert , Daytona is fun in the sun . When you get to daytona sit and enjoy a great meal

Slow service, terrible food and mold in the restaurant. I tried the spinach and artichoke dip and it tasted like it was from the frozen food section. The coconut shrimp tasted like Almond joy candy bars minus the chocolate. Manager knew we were unhappy and never came over to the table. I’d avoid this place!

I have walked by my fair share of Bubba Gump Shrimp locations and never stopped in. On this occasion as luck would have it I decided to stop for a bite. I had the shrimp Poboy and I must say it was very good. The fries that came with it were also delicious. We also had the coconut shrimp which Although the taste was spot on the size of the shrimp were large. This lead to the batter not sticking to the shrimp after the first bite. Still not an issue to me just an observation. The staff was kind and did not rush us to take our order. There is a nice gift shop selling various themed things from the movie. This was a good experience and next time I am passing by and hungry I’ll stop in again.

This is an awesome restaurant for great seafood, the atmosphere is nostalgic! The place is all decked out with props from the movie Forrest Gump! They even have the actual movie playing on a big screen TV. The food is scrumptious l had the Ribeye steak dinner it came with mashed potatoes and . My husband had the Captains seafood platter. Everything was hot and fresh. I didn’t expect the steak to be as good as it was considering it was a seafood restaurant but l was pleasantly surprised. The waitress was attentive and service was delivered with a smile. They also have a store where you can buy souvenirs. Please stop by and have a sit down if you get a chance. You will fall in love

Came during a Sunday evening, food came pretty fast. The salmon was very very salty but the rest of the food was great. The bathrooms could use some maintenance but weren’t unclean, just old. The service was good and our server Mary Kate was super sweet and checked on us pretty frequently. If in Daytona we’ll probably come back, it’s always cool to see the memorabilia.

Always visit while in Daytona but today’s visit was Not a Bubba Gump experience (so so disappointed)Hostess wore no smile, no eye contact. Over cooked calamari made it very chewy, battered fish poured out grease when cut thru the over cooked batter. Food warm not hot, fries were cool to the touch and slaw tasted like shredded cabbage only but the worse part is shrimp not deveined (pic) still have bad taste from the first bite. Server offered to get manager but Im not one to complain but the more I think about it when paying the quality price, I expected the Bubba Gump quality

The food here was pretty good. If you been to Bubba Gumps before then you know the vibes. We had a good time and our waitress Cynthia was amazing. She played the Bubba Gump trivia game with us and my wife got 95% of the questions correct. Been so long since I seen the movie, I could hardly remember anything even though it’s clues all around the restaurant. I forgot to take a picture of the Jambalaya that I ate but I did manage to take a picture of the drink that I had. You also get fresh glasses to keep on the specialty drinks after your dinner. Just show the staff on the way out your receipt and you will receive the glass in a nice Bubba Gump bag. Funny thing too is when we got back to the hotel, bubba gump was playing on TV .
