Bubba duffers is a small diner that holds 51 people. We serve home cooked food and some deep fried food. We love our small restaurant feel, of cozyness and a place every feels comfortable. We now offer breakfast all day and lunch from 1030am to 3pm. Come on down we open at 6am. Love to serve and Meet you.

1st time going and was absolutely delicious!!! Was able to sit down wherever we wanted and right away was able to look at the menu and then choose drinks and then order food. The food came in a very timely manner and was cooked just as we ordered we got the eggs Benedict, also was very delicious. Staff was very friendly and on top of coffee refills in timely manner as well and the open seating made for very comfortable eating environment. Absolutely love this place and was definitely worth the decent price we paid.

Great lunch experience with my wife. Wish I got a pic before we started eating, but it was Soo good? The house burger and onion rings, and their take on a KFC famous bowl. Definitely will be back!

I finally got to try this place today! You can choose your own table, and each table has its own menu. Once you decide what you want to order, you go to the counter and place your order. I started with the BDF Philly, but then I saw an order of the fried chicken dinner coming out of the kitchen. That’s when I decided to switch to that instead. It’s $16.50, which includes plenty of 4 pieces of fried chicken, macaroni salad, and a vegetable of the day (I had corn). You can also choose your own French fries (I got the fries and then upgraded it to poutine). It was probably the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in Vermont! The corn and macaroni salad were also really good. My other half ordered the Turkey Club (real turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, sweet onion, and mayo on a triple decker), served with home french fries ($12). She said it was really good too. I ordered the carrot cake ($4.99) for dessert, but my meal was so filling that I ended up bringing it home. If you like carrot cake, I would recommend it. There’s plenty of indoor seating, but not much outdoor seating. Overall, it was a good experience and atmosphere. The owner was really nice and welcoming. She chatted with us for a couple of minutes, which was nice.

Just ordered take out from here. Wings were awesome! and I got the Loco Moco which I haven’t had since I was in California. Both were really good, and they have great pricing. Couldn’t have enjoyed my meal more. The inside was clean and staff were very nice! Check this place out definitely worth it!

Decided to try them for lunch today. Ordered take out. Mild wings were AMAZING and good size. Salad was great and croutons seemed fresh on it. Pricing is very fair and affordable. Will defiantly try them again!

Horrible just horrible. The young man working the counter was personable as we ordered (and tipped areas as that is their model) So he has a good strategy and then didn’t bother with us. There were only three other tables in the whole diner at the time we were there, and they had already gotten their food. We each ordered a turkey club one with fries and one with onion rings. It was the only order going on in the kitchen and it took forever! I guess I would have to assume that the person cooking it probably went out for a smoke. I don’t know, but when it was delivered to the table, the server just popped the plates down in front of us and wouldn’t make eye contact and just walked away. The sandwiches weren’t like any club I’ve ever had before and my onion rings were burned to a crisp. I don’t even know how they thought it was acceptable to serve them. Suffice it said to say, I will never be going back . I absolutely went out of my way to go there to support them instead of going to Maple city diner where I always have a great meal. I will not make that mistake again. The only person to acknowledge us when we left was a lovely young lady sitting at the counter, eating her Lunch she said, thank you and Wish us a good day. The young gentleman never looked up. He was talking to an older lady at the counter couldn’t be bothered.

My husband and I were in town for his work and after trying to order delivery from two other local establishments (only to find out that for whatever reason that they couldn’t/wouldn’t deliver) we came across this place.
I have to admit that we were hesitant to order at first because a lot of the pictures reminded us of school cafeteria food. We are both so glad that we took the chance! My husband got the sirloin (he enjoyed it). However, the real star of the show was the Haddock Dinner.
We live in Wisconsin and know our way around a fish fry. I’m talking perch, bluegill, haddock, cod, and walleye. I can say without a doubt that this was THE BEST haddock either of us has ever had. The piece that we got was not only the largest piece we have ever been served (more that enough for me to share almost half of it with my husband), it was shear perfection in both flavor and texture. The breading was perfectly crisp. (Please keep in mind that this was a delivery order where fried food usually winds up arriving soggy). The fish itself tasted wonderful and was firm and flaky.
If we had this back home, it would be a regular staple of our dining out experience. We wish we were in town longer so we could try more of the menu.
Please, please, keep up the good work. We hope to be back sometime to eat here again!

We tried Bubba Duffers for the first time tonight. My daughter had tacos, I had a burger and onion rings, but the best meal was my husband’s choice, fried chicken with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and mac salad. There were huge portions, so we were all able to share and we loved the casual atmosphere! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and we would definitely recommend that you check it out for yourself.

Disappointing. The menu and prices looked good, and the service was friendly enough. But the chicken and biscuits tasted like a TV dinner and, since they came in a black plastic microwavable tray, we think that was what they were. The slushy ‘margarita’ seemed to have no alcohol, and when we asked, we were told it had bacardi – but even if we could have tasted it, that’s not a margarita! The fried haddock and fries were tasty, but it would have been nice to have tartar sauce – we learned after that it was in the fridge. And the macaroni salad was pretty dry.
