Manager visibly frustrated, employees have very apathetic vibe. I would not choose to eat here, but it is never busy so it is an easy place to meet up with a group. Burgers are bland and need toppings to be edible. The wings were okay, but they discontinued them.

I have tried BT’s about once a year to see if they ever improve. Sadly they have not. Unlike some, I have had pleasant servers, and relatively quick service. If you get there during the lunch rush, EXPECT DELAYS!!!
My biggest problem is that, while the burgers may have a good taste, you need a roll of paper towels to sop up the grease from the burger. Hope you are quick enough that the bun isn’t ruined and soaked by the time it gets to you. I have had to ask that they put the burger on a separate plate from the rest of the meal. I love a good juicy burger, but these are WAY too much. There are quite a few better Burger places around town, that do not have this problem.

We always have excellent service here, and have been going since around mid Summer. At the beginning, it was a bit slow, but over the past few months it has gotten much much better. The food is always terrific, great burgers and tots, and good shakes too. The managers are always around and asking to make sure we are having a good meal, and the counter clerks are attentive and polite. Overall one of our favorite places to eat around Biltmore park. Great Gluten Free Buns too!

This would be the second time I have gone and they have been out of the gluten free bread, which is one of the main reasons I go (I am gluten intollerant). Even though they were out they charged the same amount for just the burger patty as they would a full burger. We ordered our burgers medium and they took a full twenty minutes to cook them so they were well done. Managers showing stuff to employees on phones and only one person actually at the grill. We will absolutely NOT be going back. It’s one thing to be packed and take a long time but we were one of three people in the place and all others had been served.

I eat here a couple times a week, and the experience is always different. Today, both our burgers were over cooked, the ingredients on my burger were inadequate, and our tater tots were over salted. The waitress asked me how was everything , and I told her, ” both burgers were overcooked, and there wasn’t enough pimento cheese on my burger.” She smiled and said OK, and then did nothing, like she didn’t even listen to me. It was weird. Food was very good, though.

The staff was very polite, however there were some complications getting the correct side item, nothing major. The shakes were very good (Yum!) But were also priced pretty high. The burgers themselves were fairly priced at $6-$8, but the side items were $3 and shakes $4.25, which is a bit much. The food was okay, but nothing spectacular.

My girlfriend suggested we go to this joint, since she had a coupon and we wanted to satisfy our craving for burgers. We got the pretzel burger (a little under $8, fries cost extra as a side). Omg it was worth it though! The food was amazing, and the people were nice too! We went to Barnes and Noble afterwards, where there was someone looking for somewhere to eat. We told them about BT’s Burger Joint and that we just came from there. While the food is pricey, it is much better quality than McDonald’s, which is right outside of Biltmore Park, and the people are nicer at the joint.

I work in the park that this BT’s is in, and ever since they rebranded their store and got a new menu/POS system, their service has plummeted. Orders are constantly lost, wrong, or take 30+ minutes to arrive. The people who work the register are very nice and are always very apologetic, but this has happened every single time I got there (and working in the park, that’s usually once a week) for the past month. The food is far too expensive for this terrible service. Please, BT’s, improve your service! I will happily change this review to a positive one!

Also known as American Burger…Ordered cheeseburgers and sides for the group and they sent sliders instead. Called to let them know the order was wrong and Ramona (the manager) argued that the order was not wrong.. At $10 a person, a slider and some salad did not get it and most had to go out and buy lunch. Poor customer service.. wouldn’t recommend at all…

Good burger place. A hangout dive-inspired joint in the grandeur opulence of Biltmore Park. Somewhat pricey for my taste, but not bad considering the high quality of the burger itself. Go here to celebrate any occasion.
