Original review: The line out the door was misleading. The food was very overpriced, and the in-store prices did not match what was listed online. The breakfast sandwich was advertised as coming with scrambled eggs, but instead it had a very thick slab of egg whites with no flavor at all. I had to remove it just to somewhat enjoy the sandwich. The place was extremely crowded with nowhere to sit. We were really excited to try this spot, but left very disappointed and feeling like we wasted $40.

My original review was honest and factual. Since the business claims pricing is listed correctly online, I want to clarify for future customers: breakfast sandwiches are advertised at $8.00 but an additional $2 per bagel is charged for sausage, bringing the total to $10.00 each. This upcharge is not clearly disclosed on the menu, where only vegan bacon is labeled as an extra.
We ordered three bagels with egg, cheese, and meat, and each was $10.00. We were told the eggs were scrambled, which is not what was served. The eggs lacked flavor to the point that all of us removed them from our sandwiches.
We spent $40 and left disappointed. More disappointing, however, was the dismissive response to valid customer feedback. A business’s response matters just as much as the food.
Do better.

Love love love B’s Bagels! They have a variety of offerings, but their bagels are such high quality that they are delicious on their own!
Yes the line gets long and the seating area is busy during peak hours because it’s THAT good! People that base their ratings on the crowd size is wild to me. The staff can’t control how many people show up at once. The staff is very efficient to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. I get my order to go and enjoy it at home.

If you’re looking for fresh bagels and great coffee in Gig Harbor, B’s Bagels & Butters is one of the best spots around.
I’ve been here 20+ times, and the line out the door most mornings tells you everything. The bagels are always fresh, warm, and perfectly chewy, and the butters and spreads are incredible. Their sandwiches are excellent, and the lattes are consistently great too.
I’m a local real estate agent here in Gig Harbor, and this is actually one of the places I regularly pick up bagels and coffee for my open houses. Every time I bring them, people ask where they’re from because they love them.
At this point I’ve tried most of the menu, and the food and service have always been fantastic.
I’m a big supporter of local small businesses in the Gig Harbor community, and B’s Bagels & Butters is exactly the kind of place that makes living here special.
If you’re in Gig Harbor and want great bagels, amazing spreads, and a solid latte, this place is absolutely worth the stop.

I have been to B’s Bagels many times. I have stood in line in the pouring rain, in the hot sun and even waited online only to find out they were sold out before I made it to the counter. I have never, nor will have ever complain about this place. They have always been upfront with their prices and keep the public informed of the amount of bagels left each day. I will always support local small businesses owners. The food is amazing. Sometimes there is a flavor that I am not fond of, but that is not B’s fault, rather my own tastebuds.I have always found the atmosphere to be pleasant even though it’s hectic and always busy. I want to thank this place for existing. You bring smiles to the faces of all of my family, and everyone I have gone out of my way to brag about you to.
Thank you B’s for the amazing food over the last couple years. I will continue to proudly stand in line awaiting my next bagel fix!

B Bagels is the perfect spot for a morning treat in Gig Harbor. Their coffee is amazing—I had one of their specials, and my husband absolutely loved his Caramel Latte! I highly recommend the cheese and jalapeño bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese. The bagels are fresh, and the coffee is top-notch. It’s a must-visit!

We moved to Gig Harbor about 1 year ago, and have lived in 7 different states due to the military. Out of every state we have lived (both East Coast and West Coast) this has by far been the best bagel shop we have come across and a weekly treat for our family. We are greeted with amazing customer service and employees of the bagel shop who seem to genuinely enjoy what they do and the community they serve. Yes, the line can be long but it goes by quickly when you are surrounded by good people from the local community who are gathered in line for a local gem that they love. I have never had a bad bagel, bagel sandwich, or coffee from this cafe and bring our friends and family who visit from other states to enjoy a place of local pride, and no one ever leaves disappointed, and they want to come back for multiple days that they are here to visit.

Was really excited to see an east coast style bagel place. I think about bagels at least 3x a week. This place slaps. Love the local art, cute stickers (bought two), and very good bagels. I got a plain breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The plain+plain is a good litmus test for any bagel place and they knocked it out of the park. My egg and cheese was a little saltier than expected but I didn’t mind, it worked with the egg well. Staff was really friendly even with a steady flow of people in line. I also got a mocha, which was very good. I do get it as a breve, but it wasn’t overly bitter or burnt tasting like Starbucks is. Hell yeah. Solid 10/10

They are all so nice here, their bagels are delicious and when I ask for a good amount of cream cheese they dont charge me for extra. I love their garlic bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese and lox. Its definitely the best thing ive tasted in terms of breakfast food!

I haven’t even pulled away from the parking lot and I need to give this place a full 10/10. Maybe I’m just excited I finally found a delicious bagel place near me. But I think they are just that good. Seems like they have a great selection of bagels and smears along with rotating options to keep things fresh. I made my own breakfast sandwich, which was huge and delicious. I only have to personally knock them a tiny bit for not having a blueberry bagel. Hopefully I catch it rotating sometime. They had some vegan options, and they also serve espresso drinks. I had to grab a couple bagels to go because everything looked so good. I can’t wait to be back.
Update: I have been a frequent visitor to B’s for nearly a year and they never disappoint but it’s FINALLY blueberry bagel month and it was worth the wait!!
