Is Bryan’s Dumplings in Greenwood Village good? – Facebook

We like the soup dumplings the most there for Colorado. Not super authentic if you’re looking for a hole in the wall/mom & pops Chinese place.

The menu is overwhelming in a good way! I wanted to try so much. But I had help navigating from my super nice and attentive waiter. The atmosphere is cozy and open. Easy to have conversations, although when I went it wasn’t very busy. The food came out so quick and it all tasted so good. I was tempted to order more but limited myself. I highly recommend any soup dumplings (I got a sample platter) and the dumplings in chili oil if you can handle a little spice. The pork belly buns though were my favorite. It was all so good!!

A somewhat middle of the road dim sum and Chinese place from my first experience here. I was really intrigued by the idea of different flavors of xiao long bao I saw on the menu, but make sure you understand it’s just the dough that’s “flavored.” There’s no cheese filling in the cheese one, for example.

I got the sampler one to try most of the flavors (but swapped out a couple), but I have to say it was hard to taste what flavor the dough was on most. The crab one definitely had the strongest flavor and tasted the most like what it was supposed to be. It’s a nice idea in concept, but at the end of the day they mostly just tasted like the plain soup dumplings to me. Additionally, there was little soup in them, which is always a bummer for me.

Service seemed a little off as we had some issues with more than one item getting the waitress to understand our order (and got brought the wrong thing for one thing).

That said, the food was still decent overall. I really liked the taro buns as a not too sweet dessert. The person I was with got hot and sour soup and said it was fantastic. Overall, I’d rate this very average, for the dumplings at least. Definitely think there are better ones in the area.

So glad I found this place! The food was so fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The dumplings and green beans were to die for. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I will be back in a few weeks!

This was our first time visiting this place, which is located in a nice plaza area filled with restaurants and offices. The atmosphere was casual, and there was an open window in the kitchen, allowing us to see the chef cooking from our seats. The space is not very large, but it is clean and bright. The menu was quite simple.

For the appetizer, we ordered:
1. Wonton soup (6 pieces) – The soup looked different from what was described on the menu. Instead of a clear broth, it came with seaweed. While the flavor was good, we would have preferred it in a clear broth. The wontons themselves were delicious, and we would have enjoyed the dish even more with the clear broth.
2. Scallop & Shrimp Dumplings (6 pieces) – The meat in these dumplings was very flavorful and did not disappoint. Be sure to dip them in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil if you enjoy a bit of spice!
3. Bryan’s Xiao Long Bao (8 pieces) – We ordered this dumpling because it was intriguing, featuring eight different flavors. You can see all the flavors in the pictures. However, we didn’t particularly enjoy it and still prefer the traditional dumplings.

For the entrees, we ordered:

1. Stir-Fried Green Beans with Ground Pork and Garlic – The chef cooked this dish perfectly! The green beans were flash-fried, retaining their crunchy texture, and were seasoned just right. It was delicious, and we loved it!

2. Mapo Tofu with Pork – Once again, the mapo tofu did not disappoint. It was well-seasoned and balanced; while it wasn’t overly spicy, you could definitely feel the numbing sensation from the Szechuan peppercorns.

3. Tan-Tan Noodles – The noodles were cooked perfectly—neither too soggy nor undercooked. However, we weren’t fans of the peanut sauce on top. If you enjoy peanut sauce, though, you’ll probably love this dish! The ground pork had great flavor and complemented the noodles well.

The service was adequate, we didn’t receive attentive service during our meal, but the food made up for it.

Overall, the food is delicious, and if you enjoy dumplings and Xiao Long Bao, this place is highly recommended!

I’m a big dumpling fan so I was elated to get to try Bryan’s! Location features a decent amount of parking and a handicap friendly table (two bases) for me to assist someone into a seat position at the booth from a walker. The rainbow dumpling dish was super cute!! Though not the most filling. Service was great and everyone was kind. I’m somewhat in the area so I can see myself bringing back family or friends.

This was my first time having Dumplings. First thing I will mention the staff here was very friendly and professional. Second there is plenty of seating and the restaurant is very clean. I had their lunch special that can feed two, its a great deal. The fried rice, green beans and cucumbers where very tasty. I tried the garlic and regular pork Dumplings and both are very good. For dessert I had the Chocolate Torte, it come out nice and hot so let it cool down before you bite in. I will return to try out more of their menu options with there is plenty of.

The dumplings were amazing! Wrappers nice and thin and the filling was seasoned very well. The cucumber salad was nice, light and refreshing.

I will definitely go back the next time I’m in the area to taste more of the menu.

Went to lunch with some family today and this was a pretty enjoyable experience. Of course we had to try Bryan’s dumpling with 8 different flavors and the novelty was fun. I personally enjoyed the Kimchi dumpling the most. We also got the dumplings in hot and sour soup and it was more like a warm vinegar water than soup, but the dumplings were excellent. The Crispy Chili chicken was delicious! Crispy, spicy, numbing, everything i wanted. The sesame buns were also an excellent way to finish off the meal. I highly recommend asking for ginger to go with the soup dumplings and the staff were more than willing to oblige. Very friendly service. A bit pricey for four people, averaging 30-40 per person for a full meal.
