Pepperoni and Sausage pizza was good but didn’t notice anything differently tasting being sourdough. Garlic knots were my favorite, chewy, garlicy but soft. Gave it a low score on atmosphere cuz it’s really a to go pizza place with a few random tables to sit at.

Just started ordering pizza here. All the dough is sourdough, the dough recipe is fantastic and has become our favorite pizza place in Milwaukee. Price is reasonable and honestly it’s the only pizza in the city that doesn’t make us feel awful the next day.

Burnt to a crisp twice. See pics. After getting one burnt to a crisp we ordered another. Only to have it burnt even worse. They have no pride in what they do anymore. It’s a shame to see another small business clearly going under.

We popped in to try Brute Sourdough on a whim. We got the P.P.P.P Pizza, as well as the cinnamon bites. The sourdough really makes a difference in crust flavor, the ingredients were fresh and delicious, the balance of it all was excellent. Would highly recommend.
The cinnamon bites (made out of the sourdough, which gives them a little bit of a savory twist ) paired with the orange dipping icing were my favorite.
Everything was delicious, the staff was delightful, and the tables for two were perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat. Definitely worth checking out!!

Pizza was decent but when we arrived, no one was there. We waited 20 minutes and finally someone who worked at the donut shop came upatairs and said they would check on it for us and went downstairs. Half an hour after the online order said it’d be ready, the person from the donut shop came back upstairs with our pizzas. Not coming back here for sure.

The crust was amazing!!! It was unique and very flavorful. Unfortunately, my pizza was extremely greasy. I know that pepperoni tends to be greasy, but the amount of grease on my pizza was kinda unappetizing. It took several pieces of paper towel to soak enough up to be able to eat the pizza. I would likely eat here again, but I would definitely avoid ordering anything that might be greasy.

Wow! Hidden gem for great pizza in MKE! First time so we weren’t sure about the set up. Kitchen is downstairs in the Landmark Bldg. The owner came out and asked if we needed help. He told us to order online and it would be ready in 15 min! We waited upstairs at some of the common area tables. He hand delivered some of the best pizza we have had MKE. Great parmesan bites too! Amazing customer service! We will definitely order again if we are in the area.

4/12/24 . Wanted to try a new pizza spot. Decided to order from here. Great reviews. My mistake started using Uber eats. I received someone else’s order. Before I could get the drivers attention, puff. No luck with contacting Uber for assistance . I called the store and spoke with a representative, Heidi. She was very pleasant and gave me a resolution. Due to no driver availability. Sadly, we will have to wait for the dinner we desired tonight. We will be visiting on Thursday for the replacement pizzas. I hope then to have the Brute experience . And can come back with 5 stars.

This is a hard one because I’m so frustrated after spending my money there this past Friday December 12th 2025. This place had no dining room. Their dining room was a hallway with a few table set up and a counter up against a cold window. I knew it was going to be bad when they have a phone number posted on their website that didn’t work. So I decided to go there big mistake. Order a pizza and a Caesar salad when she bought the pizza and salad up from downstairs I asked for a fork for the salad she kept apologizing saying we just moved and I don’t know where anything is. So I ended up taking the salad home with me. The pizza was dry very little sauce and very little toppings all for 38 bucks. No bathroom to wash your hands
