They have good ice cream. But their hours and customer service leave something to be desired. No hours posted anywhere on the building, sign says they are closed and will return and will at 12 noon. It’s 1:16 and they are not open. I guess this is why the Dairy Queen in the same parking lot gets lots of business.

Ordered their hot fudge brownie sundae for to-go with a scoop of vanilla, birthday cake for the ice-cream.
Vanilla was subtle in flavour, while birthday cake flavour was a lot for my taste. Loved the hot fudge brownie texture. The portions are huge.

We were really happy to visit tonight. Death by Chocolate is my favorite. Wifey had Chocolate Peanut Butter with buckeyes.
We moved out of the area, missed the ice cream here.

Tried this ice cream for the first time and it’s the real deal. You can taste the quality and prices are reasonable.
Due to covid, the staff was working hard inside and we had to wait a while before we could order but the cashier was cognizant of that and apologized.
We brought our little one along and they have a special where they get a free ice cream cone. Our baby loved it and was getting hyper after eating it.
We will definitely be back, not only for the high quality but for the friendly service.

Brusters is the best! Their ice cream is delicious and they have a variety of flavors to pick from. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy sampling new flavors. If you haven’t tried Brusters, then you’re missing out.

If you live anywhere near here or are visiting and you LOVE ice cream than Bruster’s is the ultimate treat! They have your ice cream staples like chocolate chip, mint chip, cookies and cream, and rocky road. If you love rocky road this is the best one I have ever had! Sometimes I think I shouldn’t get it because I can get it in the store. BUT…their Rocky Road is full of chunks of almonds and soft (yes I said soft) fluffy marshmallows and creamy chocolate ice cream! Then they will make you a even bigger fan with Gram Canyon, Key Lime Pie (crust included), and Gram Central Station. Gram Central Station is my favorite… absolute favorite! Sugary gram crackers, crisp chocolate pieces and the most yummy of ice cream base you will ever eat! If you can’t get behind that, I promise there is a treasure of flavors just for you at Bruster’s!!!

Poor customer service etiquette. We were never greeted, the staff had us waiting while doing something, had a full conversation with a new staff and finally approached the window and stared at us. What ever happened to, “I’ll be right with you,” or “next customer” or “Hi, what would like to order,” “thank you.”

We are at Bruster’s in Cypress at 9pm. Real Ice cream. The best green tea ice cream! You have to try it. Just walk up and order. That’s my giant 2 scoop in the pic. Enjoy. Honest reviewer.

The big difference with Brusters is the ice cream is made fresh. As a true ice cream connoisseur, I give the quality and taste high marks and I have tried 14 of their flavors. They also make shakes and the do offer ice cream pies and I believe cakes for special occasions. The ice cream is a bit pricy but worth it. They also have a frequent visitor coupon that gets you discount fairly quickly. This is a must try and enjoy.
