First of all, the owners are absolutely the best! Stacy and Nick both have a heart of gold! They have been in business for YEARS and are a staple of this community! The shop is always clean, organized and we have never had a bad experience here. The ice-cream and the ingredients are freshly made and it clearly shows in the quality and taste! My hubby loves the strawberry and my favorite is chocolate cake batter. Give them a try- you won’t be sorry. Two of the nicest people I have ever met and the creamiest most flavorful ice-cream. A win win! OH! Don’t forget to try the strawberry shortcake for your next birthday cake! Its the best especially when the strawberries are in season!!!

Surprisingly, we have a bruster’s in my town but never been. Really feeling some dessert after dinner one night and we stopped by this bruster’s. Pleasantly surprised, and it was delicious. We ordered a blast with cookie dough and chocolate almond ice cream. It’s self service, you order up front and pay up front. They make it in front of you and it’s pretty fast. Even if there is a wait, it’s worth the wait. There is not really a sit down area except a small patio area but it’s considered like “fast food” vibes where you order and take it to-go. Other than that, great experience, will be back! Till then, let’s eat!

Over priced dump. Employees lack work ethic. Sloppy/sticky “strawberry” milk shake. At least try not to get syrup all over the outside of the cup/lid. Or maybe wipe it off… Overall the quality is less than mediocre . I’ve given this place a few chances over the years. Pretty much the same experience every time. I’m not going to name any specific places, but literally any other established that offers this type of product is better in every way.

Ashlynn was very rude when I was putting my order in. She gave me attitude when I asked for accommodations. She also didn’t know what was in the Hallowscream flavor I asked and seemed annoyed. Her customer service skills seriously need improvement! She messed up the dino sundae AND strawberry sundae in a waffle bowl order. The kids scoop she gave us were baby scoops. Will definitely not be coming back to this location!

I would sincerely advise against getting a large waffle cone. I did not read what a large was and assumed it was the regular one that’s usually available. That large is enough for 2-3 people. Friendly and fast service!

Coffee Oreo and Almond Chocolate Coconut hit the spot. My MIL enjoyed a scoop Butterfinger and one of Coffee after a routine trip to doctors in Gainesville. It is such a delight for her in the midst of health challenges. Thanks for making our days brighter and creating memories for us.❤️

I loveeeeeee the white turtle ice cream however I didn’t like the manager giving me a whole story about “Pecans costing a lot of money” when I’m paying for what I request. I normally get a quart so sometimes I’d like a cone to go along. again here she goes penny pinching. She hovers over the employees and yells from the back of the store about how much things cost. One waffle cone is extra when I’m buying a whole quart of ice cream! Really?

I had previously given 5 stars but something has changed at this Brusters. The scoops used to be very generous but now they don’t even fill up the waffle cone. The manager even weighed it when we said something about it and said that we got the correct amount. I understand they have their set amounts for scoops but we just paid $18 for 3 people to get ice cream and didn’t even get full waffle cones! Our visits to this Brusters will definitely be few and far between if this is how it’s gonna be. You can buy a whole half gallon of Blue Bell at Kroger for less than half that.

Ice cream was great but hope you don’t have a 4 year old that has to potty really bad and you have to leave just to use the bathroom because they won’t let you use theirs.
