I love Bruster’s ice cream! Tonight we ordered a regular sized blast and when they gave it to us it was only half full. This wouldn’t be an issue but we payed full price just to get half of our ice cream.

This is by far the best icecream I’ve had in my life!!! This is coming from someone who LOVES icecream and has tried many icecream spots, (including Jenis and Insomnia, no shade to them) More icecream and better value for money. This location had a banana pudding flavor that was sooo good, I will definitely be passing by A LOT in the summer for some icecream.

Hmm let’s start. We came to this location at around 9:50, they close at 10. I have never been to a Brusters that has an inside, so we waited outside of the window waiting to order. Mind you there’s someone cleaning the windows that didn’t acknowledge us, or speak. So after standing there for about 2 mins, i noticed the young man standing inside at the register. I then asked the man cleaning the windows “do we order inside” he replies “oh yea sure”. Hmm ok. By this time I’m already getting a bad vibe. So we place our orders, and go to the car to eat our ice cream. As my gf is eating her ice cream, she discovers a LONG strand of hair mixed in the ice cream. I immediately took the ice cream back inside after waiting for them to open the doors as it was after 10 at this point. The man that was cleaning the windows says” oh that’s disgusting but it’s not my hair” mind you he has a ponytail. He asked to remake it but i got a refund instead. My ice cream also barely had any cookie dough pieces. Sad to say i will not be back to this location.

It’s a pretty solid ice cream shop. I got the regular waffle cone which comes with 3 scoops. You can pick multiple flavors from about 20 different flavors for each scoop. It is a ton of ice cream when you get a waffle cone so asked for a cup to take home if you can’t finish it. You can also be a normal reasonable person and get 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup too.

We just left this location and were very disappointed. First, the staff were unfriendly. Our cups were messy with milkshake dripping down the sides. When I politely asked for a wet towel or for them to clean it, the lady who made them wiped one cup and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. The attitude was very unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Try another local Bruster’s to truly enjoy your favorite drinks and ice cream.

I was feeling a little down and suicidal and wanting to come cheer myself up with some banana pudding ice cream. Once I got there, I was met with a rude “we’re closed”. Which is funny because Brusters closes at 10 pm, not 9:50. I understand it’s not ideal to patronize a business 10 minutes before closing. But this location lost out on business as they denied 6 paying customers on a FRIDAY NIGHT, along with me and my NEED for banana pudding ice cream.

**Disappointing Experience at Bruster’s – Extremely Inefficient Service**
I rarely write reviews, but my recent visit to Bruster’s was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. What should’ve been a quick stop for ice cream turned into a 45+ minute ordeal — just to get *three cones*.
The staff seemed completely disorganized. They made six cones that no one even ordered, and instead of salvaging or offering them, they dumped the ice cream back into the bins and threw away the cones. It felt chaotic, with no clear system in place and no urgency to move the line along.
While I understand mistakes happen, this level of inefficiency and waste was hard to watch — especially with a line of customers waiting in the heat. I hope management takes a closer look at training and operations because Bruster’s has great ice cream, but this experience made it hard to enjoy.

Really good ice cream with lots of choices. Staff was a little harried and clearly not a happy group but they still were efficient.

If you were wondering this Brusters location does not have the Dairy-Free ice cream flavors available at other locations such as the Dairy-Free Oreos cookies and Cream and the Dairy-Free Mint chocolate chip. Other than that this location was fine.

Great service. The store was packed but all of the customers were still happy bc Bobbi had such a positive, professional attitude and kept a smile on her face even while working hard to get to everyone. Treat her well – she’d be an asset to any employer!
