For the amount that I paid & the 45min wait in the drive through for a large shake & this is what we paid $10 for?? Then they want a tip?? In the drive through for not even giving us what was already over priced but also not even a large shake?? You have got to be kidding me!! So disappointed I will never go back!!

I’ve been to this place multiple times and have had nothing but good experiences. However, my friends and I went here last night. First and foremost, the customer service was awful. It was a few minutes before closing time and I understand that the employee that served us was likely tired, but how he handle my order was unacceptable. He only got 1 out of our 3 orders right. My friend who also had a wrong order, decided that her ice cream was good regardless. I, on the other hand, ordered the nondairy chocolate ice cream and wasn’t satisfied with my order. Whenever I come to this Bruster’s I order the same thing and the nondairy ice cream never comes with whipped cream and a cherry. For some reason, this time it did, although I didn’t request it in my order. The thing is, I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have dairy products, which is why I ordered nondairy ice cream. After asking the employee if he could replace the ice cream with another that didn’t have whipped cream and a cherry on top, he politely said yes and that it was no problem. Once I received my ice cream again, that I assume is a replaced one, I see streaks of whipped cream and cherry juice on it and instantly realized that he just scooped the toppings off. I then confront him about it and he says that he can’t give me a new one unless I pay the same amount for a replaced ice cream. So, in the end, I just refunded my order and received no ice cream. Please Bruster’s, hire some new employees and teach them not to take shortcuts. I don’t think I’ll be back here any time soon since it’s so difficult for an employee to take into consideration my dietary intolerances (that I told him about, which is why I asked for a new ice cream) and instead, sweep in under the rug.

I paid almost $12 for a “malt”. Normally a milkshake is $5 and some change. When I asked the young lady at the window why the price doubled, she said it was because I requested a malt. I asked, you mean my price doubled because you added malt mix? Then it was the most milked down malt/milkshake ever. I don’t think they even put one scoop of ice cream. It was supposed to be a peach malt and I barely tasted the peach ice cream. This is the worse Brewster’s I have been to. Never again.

The staff is pretty rude, but I could excuse that if the ice cream was good. Too bad it isn’t. Compared to other Bruster’s stores, they are extremely cheap with the ingredients. Where are the Oreos in the Oreo ice cream? Nowhere to be found. Same with the chocolate chips in the chocolate chip ice cream. Also, I waited about 8 minutes to even be acknowledged by staff, as they were too busy taking drive thru orders. I noticed one staff member stacking ice cream cones instead of even saying “I’ll be right with you”. I will be going to Coldstone from now on.

Great sundae. Unfortunately, it was $14 for a 2 scoop waffle bowl sundae with 1 single topping. Yikes! Probably won’t be back at those prices. Unfortunate, because the ice cream is pretty good.

I went to Bruster’s for ice cream and I will no longer be going here. The order was disgusting and I usually get this all the time with no issues. The ladies were very rude and they even rolled there eyes at us. I want no part in this place and they have lost their business from myself. I recommend nobody goes to this place because it’s not worth the money at all.

They charged me 22 dollars for 2 kids ice cream I asked why and she only said prices went up when clearly you could see the price for each ice cream is 5 dollars. She even laughed when I asked for pricing. Very disappointed I’m glad I don’t live near this area. Will never come back again.

I just left the drive thru. I asked for 2 small Oreo milkshakes, 1 small caramel shake with twix and a large Oreo shake. $35 bucks later, I was given two cups of milk barely frozen or shaken. I say this because before I got to the corner, one of the tops popped off and spilled milk all in my car seat! A mess!!! I was given A BOWL of chocolate ice cream with “caramel and twix in it” in a bag with a spoon (I seriously asked for a milkshake! I swear I did) and a large Oreo I guess shake. Haven’t checked that. I was so upset I told my husband to just drive away. Never again.
