Got reeses peanut butter cup blast and my wife got a small waffle cone with chocolate. They both were good, but Bruster is a little bit high for what you get.
We had to wait in line in the drive through for a while with nobody in line except for the cars that had already ordered. They asked is to wait and about 7 minutes later asked us if they had took our order.
The signs are getting a little worn (aged) as you can see in the pics.
In all fairness the icecream was still good and we left with our stomachs happy.

I love Bruster’s in Anderson, SC. The employees have always been courteous and professional. They always seem to have one or more of my favorite flavors. I definitely recommend Bruster’s for the ice cream lover in you!!!

Poor communication with door dash and customers. The first instance I ordered via door dash the store didn’t have peanut butter topping so instead of calling and informing me or offering to make the item without the peanut butter, Brusters canceled my entire order and I had to reorder with door dash again. Second instance, I ordered via door dash and when my dasher arrived to the dtore they were informed the store was closed after waiting for the order for at least 10 minutes. The cut off time for ordering should be adjusted if you aren’t going to wait for the dasher to arrive. When I called the store “after they closed” I was told my dasher didn’t get there in time to pick up the order. Why are you answering the phones if the store is “closed”. Also, the store shouldn’t be confirming orders if you know you will be closed before the dasher arrives. I’m very disappointed with the Anderson Store.

I bought a reese cup blast tonight at 730pm and it was so sweet had to many reese cups in it i had to pour out almost half the cup trying to give somebody diabetes or a high A1C the blast should be even amount of icecream as reese cups.

Overall I love the ice cream. The reason I rate a 3 is because I get charged a different price almost everytime I go and I get the same thing. They don’t know if my ice cream suppose to be served in a sundae bowl or a small cup. The picture shows the clear bowl for sundaes but depending on who’s there on what they serve my icecream in. It’s very aggravating bc I love the icecream but I want my money worth

Maybe my rating will change. But I was unimpressed. Came on a Saturday and when I got up to the window I waited probably 5 minutes before someone showed up. As they did I noticed a tiny sign saying they weren’t accepting cards. I get it things break… but having waited and the. Missing the sign because it was small with small font… just very frustrating. The kid at the window was far from apologetic during the situation. Not his fault, I know but he had an “I don’t really care” attitude.
I don’t love that they only have outdoor seating, it just seemed off.

One of our favorite ice cream places in town! Love grabbing a waffle cone after a walk in one of the nearby parks. Be sure to bring your pup with you! Our dog goes bonkers for their pup cups!
