They need to have spoons individually wrapped in plastic. I don’t like the fact that the spoons are already open and in your ice cream when they give it to you. It’s unsanitary because you don’t know where that spoon has been before it got to your ice cream.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way we were treated at Brewster recently. I’ve been a regular customer here — visiting almost every other day and spending over $15 each time. We’ve given them a lot of business and genuinely enjoyed coming here as a family. Unfortunately, after what happened during our last visit, we won’t be returning.
I was there with my 2-year-old daughter and 3-year-old nephew. Like most small children, they’re curious and playful. My nephew briefly touched the tip jar — he wasn’t grabbing money or causing trouble, just being a child. Out of nowhere, an employee snapped at him very rudely, telling him not to touch it in a tone that was completely uncalled for. It was disrespectful and harsh, especially considering he’s just a 3-year-old kid.
What made it worse was the feeling that we were being treated differently because we’re Indian. It felt discriminatory — like our children weren’t welcome or given the same patience and understanding others might receive.
Kids deserve kindness, not hostility. And loyal customers deserve respect, not judgment. Brewster has clearly lost our trust, and I hope they take a serious look at how they treat families from diverse backgrounds.

My first visit with my grands. What made the visit so special, was the cashiers personality and her patience. She exhibited patience while we were selecting and tasting different flavors and kindness.

Got salted caramel toffee. Tasted way too salty. Was tasted by other individuals who also agreed. Literally only tasted like salt with a hint of caramel. And when I asked to exchanged was refused. This place is not anything special. McDonald’s quality ice cream. Been here on a few occasions and tried multiple flavors never been impressed

I finally got a Twix blast from here. Very good. I feel like this one is way better than Sonic tbh. Staff was very friendly when placing your order. It was very fast service as well. Never had a bad experience at this location.

Came thru drive thru, at 4:45 pm May 18, was so impressed with the drive thru cashier, I have never seen service so polite and courteous, the young lady knocked her service out the park, my complements to the staff, and the young lady running the drive thru register, keep up the good work and positive attitude , you guys got this one right.
