Always friendly staff and a wide range of rotating flavors including a few dairy free options for the lactose sensitive folks.
They offer waffle cones and bowls, hot fudge and many other toppings to customize any order.
They also offer a Veteran discount.

What an awesome location! Every time I go no matter how busy it is, my ice cream is made fast and fresh. Amaya has the best service (and she is quite pretty). She always greets me and others with a smile and is extremely helpful with the menu, and never complains when I ask for a sample. 10/10 my favorite brusters location and I love coming here!

Really good! We got a banana split, with vanilla , coffee and toffee crunch and all the normal toppings. I usually don’t like syrups these were nice and light not heavy and thick like were normally used to. The staff was helpful, lots of seating outside but too many bugs

Disappointing Experience at the Pickup Window
I placed an online order as suggested by the sign on the side window, which clearly stated that customers could order online and pick up at that same window. I followed the instructions, stood in front of the pickup window, and waited patiently.
I saw what looked like my order being prepared, but instead of opening the window or even acknowledging me (the only person standing there), the staff placed the order in the freezer and walked away. I assumed it must’ve been someone else’s, so I continued to wait. After another 5 minutes, I finally knocked and was greeted as if I had just arrived—despite standing there for over 10 minutes.
Sure enough, my order had been sitting in the freezer the whole time.
To make matters worse, the outdoor pickup area was infested with bugs, and I was getting eaten alive while waiting. On top of that, one female employee was club dancing in front of customers. While I’m all for fun and energy, it felt more unprofessional than entertaining in this setting.
Overall, the lack of basic communication and customer awareness, combined with the uncomfortable environment, made for a pretty frustrating experience.

Enjoyed the taste of ice cream here. They will serve quickly. We will have seatings outside to enjoy our ice cream. Place is great, seating arrangement is too convenient with a lot of lighting arrangements.

This Bruster’s location in Mathews, the suburb of Charlotte was good for the most part. We visited on a Thursday evening for some ice cream and weren’t disappointed.
We got the Brownie Sundaes. The quantity was quite generous; however the brownie itself was quite hard—maybe from having been cooked too long, or being stale, or just being cold from storage. We were hoping for the brownie to be soft and warm to complement the cold ice cream, but sadly that wasn’t the case.
You order at the window, and the seating is outside. There are quite a few tables and benches outside to handle the busy hours. We saw a lot of parking available at the location.
I’m hoping other sundaes and cones might be a more fulfilling experience.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Banana Split Sundae—it was amazing. They even let us sample different flavors before choosing, which was such a nice touch. Elizabeth was wonderful—so sweet and helpful throughout our visit! I also signed up for the Rewards program, saved $3 on my order, and even got a coupon for next time. Can’t wait to come back! Elizabeth Made this a wonderful experience.

I recently visited this ice cream shop and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The ice cream was not only delicious but also tasted incredibly fresh. I opted for the butter pecan flavor, and it was outstanding. The waffle cones were a delightful addition, and they, too, were fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this ice cream shop for a delightful treat!

I lovvvvveeee Bruster’s ice cream. No matter which location I go to my butter pecan waffle cone or bowl is always delicious. I’ve been going to Bruster’s for over 10 years; it’s the best! I only get Butter Pecan because it’s my favorite. Usually when I venture out to try other flavors I always come back to my butter pecan. I love it when I can get coupons and extra points.
