Bruster’s is a must go to if you are near any of their locations. The staff is phenomenal at the Ronoake Williamson Rd location as well as the ice cream there. I make at minimum 2 visits per week. I love to introduce my visiting friends and family to the amazing find of Bruster’s which never disappoints!!!

GET EMPLOYEES!! It’s ridiculous and unfair to do this to your customers, make them stand outside for a half hour just to order and wait even longer to actually get your order.

The customer service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to let you sample flavors if you’re stuck deciding, which made the experience even better. The ice cream tasted exceptionally fresh, with a smooth, creamy texture that made every bite a delight. I recently tried the ice cream sandwich, and it has quickly become my new favorite – the perfect combination of rich ice cream and soft, fresh cookies. They are the sweetest people there serving ice cream. We were able to taste a few flavors and decided on strawberry and their new flavor that was caramel apple pie. It was DELICIOUS!! We paid $14 for two cones that were considered smalls with only two scooped. Boy is two scoops MORE than enough! Would definitely recommend. Plenty of seating outdoors!

A waste of calories and money, unfortunately. We tried their Chocolate Birthday Cake ice cream and a brownie sundae; both were lacking in flavor. The ice cream was so bland, it tasted like a low-sugar whipped cream. The staff were incredibly efficient and kind.
