While having my windshield repaired next door (convenient locations!) I strolled over for some ice cream. The woman behind the counter was cheerful and when I asked about Dubai Chocolate she seemed eager to have me try it and provided a GENEROUS sample… which sold me on the flavor, along with her detailed description of the ingredients.
I know that Bruster’s can sometimes be a slow process because each item is hand-made, but there was no crowed this day so my experience was quick. So, to the woman working at 2:30 PM today… Thank you for making an otherwise unpleasant event (car repair!) the highlight of my day.

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because of the lovely woman working so hard behind the counter. If not for her I would rate a one. I took one bite and had to throw my ice cream away. It was old and freezer burnt. My son and granddaughter only ate about half as their ice cream tasted funny as well. This is the first time they have not finished ice cream. Really disappointing!

My family and I come to this Bruster’s location quite a bit. Usually, service is good. However, my most recent experience was awful. They got my order wrong and when I told her, she told me I was wrong and was snotty about it. She reprinted the receipt, while handing it to me she told me I was wrong again even though it clearly stated I was correct and she was in fact wrong. She didn’t apologize and instead gave me dirty looks and mumbled things under breath. Another staff member remade my shake. By the time I got my new shake, my other ones were melted.

Great evening out with my wife and kids to officially end the summer break before school starts next week.
We opted for the Hull Street location as staff has always been friendly and helpful in the past.
Wide variety of choices to select from. My wife and I opted for a two scoop, while my daughter elected to go for three flavors and my son taking the hot fudge Sunday route.
I selected key lime pie and my all time favorite graham central station…
The key lime pie was on point and tasted just like the dessert.
If you have not tried graham central station you have been missing out. There are crushed up graham crackers (picture almost like cookie dough pieces) that are a treat for the tastebuds.
On busy nights there is a line but staff make quick work to ensure that all have their selections in a timely manner.
There is also a rewards program that is available to join that provides discounts and ice cream on your birthday.
Outdoor patio with umbrellas to keep you shaded or share a treat with your k9 companions. Sidewalk chalk is also available for the kids to make designs.

Such a nice location with plenty of seating all around the building, and then an entire play area in the back of the place. I highly recommend for a relaxed family outing.
Also, I found out that Bruster’s offers a free dog treat every visit. Our pup really enjoyed his scoop topped with peanut butter sauce!
Very family friendly place and atmosphere!
It is also nice for those who aren’t very mobile, since parking is close to the order window, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy within a few yards 🙂

I absolutely love this location! As soon as you’re welcomed to order you’re met with a nice welcoming smile, staff are very patient and they rarely get your order wrong. The ice cream is delicious and never too soft that it melts right off the cone. The manager does an amazing job with his team, I especially loved how he included Hispanic flavors during Hispanic heritage month like the jamica ice cream that was VERY flavorful.

I ordered an ice cream cake from here. It was very simple to do, and you can even do it online! You can customize everything that goes into your cake! We did chocolate cake with fudge filling and mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was by far the most delicious ice cream cake I have ever had! It wasn’t overly priced even though it was an ice cream cake. Originally, we went to publix and were met with issue after issue trying to order an ice cream cake in store. Then we found Brusters online and realized we could do this very easily, customize the cake the way we want, and pick up when we need all for a reasonable price!! After I ordered, Brusters sent me a text confirming my order was received and an email with my receipt for the order and payment. I have never received any more messages from them or emails! Which is nice since usually when you buy something online, you have agreed to that company spamming you. 2 weeks later, I showed up to pick up my cake. They have a different window for picking up online orders, so you don’t have to wait in line behind people trying to order ice cream. The man who helped me was very friendly and asked my name and off he went to get my cake! He even gave me instructions to remove the cake from the freezer 10 minutes before cutting. My son was very happy I came through with the exact cake he wanted! Thank you, Brusters, for making his birthday cake dreams a reality and giving me bonus cool mom points!

Went tonight was busy, while in line waiting, was watching the servers prepare the ice cream, saw all the girls had hair up away from food except one girl w/long hair was down and she kept playing with her hair while preparing the orders ours included. She really should contain her hair while preparing food. The ice cream tasted great but did check to be sure there was no hair in it.
The owner should remind her to keep the hair up when prepping food.

I had the best experience here. I don’t even like ice cream, but they had this Oatmilk Peach Melba so I was like let me try it. Immediately ADDICTED! I came back the very next day to get it again and they were out. The gentleman running things heard how disappointed I was for it to be out and he got on the phone ASAP and then told me they would have some later today. He wanted me to have that Peach Melba! Thank you Bruster’s.
