It is super good, I was not thinking to leave a survey but after tasting so fresh and good ice cream I decide it does deserve a survey.
I think from all ice creams I had this one deserves a 5 star.

My 1st One star review in the past few years. And it’s a shame because I love Bruster’s ice cream, but I won’t be back to this location. Pic is immediately after our order was scooped, where I watched the guy scoop my, and my son’s single scoops, which were nearly $5 each. I could see him putting it into the cup with half or more of the scoop empty with air. The server even paused after finishing, possibly wondering if he should have added more, but no. I should have known it was a bad sign when they had notices posted on the door that automatic 15% gratuity would be added if you order inside. This location seems to be only focused on pinching pennies than being fair to their customers. Take my advice, just go to the Annapolis location, it’s tremendous. Business owners, do better please…

My wife and I just got ice cream here. We loved it! Honestly some of the best ice cream we’ve had! We’ll definitely be back! I got the peanut butter crunch & butterfinger in a waffle cone and she got the chocolate raspberry truffle. So good! The cashier’s name was Ketan and he was super friendly and helped us use our rewards! Thank you for a great experience!

If you want REAL ice-cream, this is the place to go! I love that’s it’s in my neighborhood and so easy to get in and out. The mint chocolate chip is one of my favorites! The pumpkin in the fall was outstanding too. I’ve never been disappointed. The owners are wonderful people! Check it out!

My family and I love Bruster’s ice cream, and we’re thrilled when this location opened. Like every other new restaurant or creamery in Bel Air, the lines were long when it first opened, but it is testament to the quality and wonderful service, at this particular location, that there are still lines. The ice cream here is always worth the wait.
My youngest particularly loves the Dino sundae. The staff always seems to take joy in making it extra special for him. I’m very impressed with the individualized attention provided.

This Bruster’s location has become our family favorite place for ice cream! We really enjoy the seasonal flavors of ice cream! Even though there is often a line when we go, we get served quickly. The owners and staff are so nice, our daughter asks to go multiple times a week. We got a birthday cake from here and it was the hit at the party even though their were multiple other cakes present. We LOVE Brusters!

Delicious ice cream and amazing customer service. The owner Tu and her husband are the nicest people! Everytime my family and I visit they show us nothing but love and kindness. The staff is very attentive and takes their time as we make our selections. Every flavor of ice cream I have tried here is amazing, creamy and flavorful. You can always try before you buy. Lastly the prices are very affordable and if you join the rewards program you get all kinds of email deals. Please support this wonderful ice cream shop!
