Great evening for ice cream and Bruster’s didn’t disappoint. Good ice cream and service. I got the Butter pecan and coffee ice cream in a waffle cone and a hot cookie sundae; both were delicious and well prepared. A little disappointed the sundae wasn’t prepared like the picture but it didn’t take away from the taste. Although this is my first time visiting, I’ve passed this spot several times and the line has always been very long. The line was not very long today but there was not a lack of people and the service moved along reasonably being well. Very important to note is that the serving sizes were amazing for the price. I will definitely visit again.

Was so looking forward to milkshake. Couldn’t pay. Swiped one card didn’t work. OK let’s try different one. Didn’t work. Girl says must be card, can’t be system. Young generation have no idea what customer serviceis , let alone how to fix anything.

Preserved cake batter ice cream with Oreo toppings and a brownie sundae to go.
I wasn’t aware that the cake batter had sprinkles in it. If so, I would have just gotten regular vanilla. The brownie Sunday was okay. They placed the brownie at the bottom of the container instead of on top.

The staff members were very nice. The ice cream is delicious, and the quality of the product here is as good as SC. I was pleasantly surprised. I will make the 37-minute drive back down to Bowie again. Well worth the trip.

Shaky/ungood order taking… Arghhhh!!!!
-I ordered 3 items, 5 mins into my wait, the young lady returned to the window to ask me to repeat the order for 1 of the 3; actually it was only 2 items because unbeknownst to me, the 3rd item was unavailable
Not the best customer service… Arghhhh!!!
-While she only charged me for the 2 items I received; she bothered NOT to tell me the 3rd item ordered was unavailable. I was allowed to believe the whole order would be filled. I was unaware the 3rd item was unavailable & was only informed when I asked for the missing item. She informed me they didn’t have the item, that the poster was just an advertisement

-Upon request, the gentleman in the window provided lids for my to-go order and asked if there was anything more I needed or that he could do. I said No and went on my way; I was already spent. One person in my party didn’t receive her order, so not cool.
The coconut-pineapple sorbet was delightful… Yayyyyy!!!!
-Yes it was tasty, I could ACTUALLY taste REAL COCONUT shavings, hello, WINNING… and the fact that it was NON-DAIRY, WOOOOHOOOO. Next time, I’ll try some toppings…
I DO plan to re-visit and I look forward to greater things.
