My family and I have been loyal customers at this location since moving to DE in 2008. We’ve tried other locations in PA and DE to compare; this by far is the best location! First, this location has a drive-up window, which makes ordering and pickup super convenient and easy. I recommend using the app to order in advance or to acquire points; also, completing their survey about your experience helps to accumulate points that can be used towards any sized order. Second, it’s open all year with varying hours based upon holidays and seasons. Third, they have many new flavors to try (even sugar free and vegan ice cream has varying flavors), which makes ordering very difficult!!! Lastly, the staff are very patient, knowledgeable, and quick to serve your order. Anytime we are asked about Bruster’s, we always recommend this location 🙂

I visited Bruster’s with my husband earlier, and we had such a great experience thanks to Bri! She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with our order. She made us feel very welcome and was patient and helpful the entire time. Great customer service like that really stands out. We’ll definitely be back!

I come here with my sister a lot to get ice cream because it’s some of the best around. I love the cotton candy explosion with gummy worms. , that stuffs BUSSIN!!! I also love their mint chip ice cream as well. They have like 24 flavors and they also have milkshakes. I wanna try a birthday cake from here and get yellow cake with marshmallow filling and mint chip ice cream. Uhh that would be amazing! I would definitely recommend coming here the prices r really reasonable and the customer service is really friendly as well. They also have an outdoor section where u can play bag toss and chess and a bunch of other fun games u would find at a frat house !

Our first visit to Warwick Maryland was complimented by an after-dinner trip to Bruster’s Real Ice Cream. The server who waited on us could not have been nicer or more helpful. I loved my caramel chocolate pretzel ice ice cream with chocolate fudge. The 3 others in our party we equally impressed! An easy 5 stars for Bruster’s!!

Update: I received a response from the owner, but quite frankly, it was even more disappointing. They pointed to “corporate standards” on why portions are going down and prices are going up. The same corporate that couldn’t care less about “the people”. The same corporate that DOES NOT patronize it’s establishment. OF COURSE their standards would be to squeeze the consumer! 2.5oz scoops are highway robbery and you know. Be careful of another and better business coming to Middletown.
This is why I have such a hard time patronizing this establishment. I’ll give 2 stars since they really are good…But they continued to increase prices, while simultaneously decreasing the amount of ice cream given from any given day. The lack of consistency is ANNOYING. Why am I paying premium price for a large, and it’s not that much more than the regular??…What happened to respect for the people? Please train properly so that there is more beneficial consistency in portions. There has to be a balance between profit, while still respecting the hard earned money of your customers.

They charged $7 ASKED for a tip… then proceeded to give me my ice cream with barely any topping on it. When I asked for them to correct it, they told me they were gonna charge me to do it… how about you use the tip I gave you…. wow… zero customer service … won’t be back

Having a company party at Bruster’s, and we decided to call ahead to be polite and to give a heads up. Manager on phone replied with attitude “well, it’s not like I am going to call in more employees”. That’s okay…we just wanted to let you know, but thanks for the attitude

Great ice cream! They have tons of options- cones, sandwiches, pies, cakes, Italian ices, you name it. They even have a drive thru. Super friendly and fast service, and free pup cups if you’ve got a dog! Looking forward to trying other flavors in the future when I’m traveling through the area. Worth going out of your way if you need a cool summer treat!
