Bruster’s is always great, but the service lately has been especially good. Daniel is super friendly, patient, and makes the whole experience better. He works hard, keeps things moving, and is really kind to customers. You can tell he cares about doing a good job. Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming here!

Since the change of ownership they have run out of flavors and they have messed up our orders on multiple occasions. Tonight they didn’t even give one scoop for our kids ice cream bowl.

I’ve been coming here for years because the shakes and ice cream are consistently excellent, and most of the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. But today’s experience with the manager was so appalling, I wish my fiancé had been here because he would not have taken the same approach I took.
I ordered three shakes—two strawberry and one chocolate—but was handed only two. When I politely clarified my order, the manager responded with hostility and condescension, as if I were the problem. What were her exact words when I asked for her name? She saiid its Brie and added “If you’re going to write a bad review, make sure you state it’s the manager.” That alone speaks volumes about her attitude and lack of professionalism.
Shockingly, someone rude and dismissive represents this business in a leadership role. She treated me like an inconvenience rather than a loyal customer, and her approach was not just unhelpful—it was downright antagonistic. Every business should know that respectful customer service is non-negotiable, especially from management.
Several sweet and courteous employees here clearly care about the customers and the experience. Frankly, any of them would be a better fit for the manager role than the person currently holding it. If the business values its reputation and customer loyalty, it should seriously consider changing.
I hope others don’t have to deal with the same miserable energy I encountered today. It’s a shame to see great products overshadowed by such poor leadership.

I must say the ice cream is great, taste delicious, I loved the Fall flavor one of “Pumpkin Pie” which is the orange one. My Bf got a Butter Pecan milkshake & he loved it. They are a little too pricey tho. Paid $15 just for 2 kids cups of a single scoop and the milkshake.

I came here tonight and was so disappointed. I ordered through the drive through, and pulled up to the window when I was asked to repeat my order, MULTIPLE times. I am then told my total is $48.96 for 1 cup of medium ice cream, 1 large milkshake, 1 medium milkshake, and 1 banana split. I thought that was a high total for what I got so I requested a receipt. I was charged for 4 additional cups of ice cream on top of everything I ordered. I was issued a refund but then go to pick up my cup and notice it’s not even full (picture attached). It’s sad when they increase their prices but then do stuff like that. Owner needs to evaluate his employees because god knows what’s going on at Brusters.

Bruster’s never disappoints. The creamiest ice cream, the best flavors and lots of other options as well. Got a scoop of the peanut butter puddles and a scoop of the coffee chip and they were both fantasic. The service was quick and the staff was great. Love having an ice cream place open even in the cold months!

The ice cream would be good except it’s too heavy on the mix ins. I had Butter Fudge Almond yesterday, and it was more chopped almonds than ice cream. I’ve had other flavors with that same experience. If you like it that way, you will like Bruster’s. For me, I will get ice cream with no mix -ins next time!!

I love their ice cream, especially the maple walnut. It’s the best I’ve ever had and the waffle cones are thin and crispy. It makes my day.

You know, I’ve been getting really tired lately of ordering an ice cream with chocolate chips only to find out the chips are the size of the head of a pin. Or maybe just a step up from some cocoa powder. So I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped at this Brewsters and was served a mint chocolate chip ice cream with really toothy chunks of chocolate in it. For a minute, I thought I was eating Ben & Jerry’s. Head and shoulders above the standard Nestlé chocolate chips. Staff at this Brewsters were very cheerful and helpful.

Amazing ice cream. I recommend the “flavors of the month.” They alone are worth the trip. Absolutely delicious!
