This is the first time I ever had somebody that was rude. It was around 9:50pm and I know the store closes at 9 PM so I still had almost 10 minutes. The girl had an attitude as soon as she came up to the window.. I asked a question about my order and points on my app She said she didn’t know because she doesn’t have the app (which doesn’t look good for an employee). Then I asked how much the difference between two scoops and three scoops of ice cream and she said she didn’t know which by now I’m mad because she had no desire to be helpful and if you work there you should know or look it up !
I made it clear now that I was mad and said you don’t know ?? Then she looked it up.She made a point 3 times to say that they were almost closing, I said I don’t appreciate your attitude! It’s not 9 PM yet. (It was actually 8:58pm when I was in my car driving away) so I knew I had enough time to place an order when I was standing there. I told her I usually tip well, but that she made me not want to tip and that I was angry at her attitude. And again she actually made the point to say but they were closing soon and I said that doesn’t give you a right to be rude!!!! if they all had that attitude, you would not only not have 0 customers but then you close your store at 8:30 if that’s how people are going to act! She is the only one I’ve ever had that happen with and it’s been years that I’ve gone there. I went because I actually had points for my birthday. I ended up throwing in a two dollar tip out of my own kindness and said in the future you don’t treat people this way just because you’re closing soon. Then I asked her name which I won’t even mention here, but I did mention it to them. I’m not even asking for anyone to be fired, but I am asking for them to address the issue.

Good ice cream, but the price?! A Kid’s dirt sundae $5. A turtle sundae in a cup not much larger than the kid’s sundae $8. I’m all for paying for quality, but as seen below — it’s not all that. (I left the price plus card for size reference) Disappointing. There’s a homemade mom & pop ice cream place nearby. I’d give them my money before I go back here.

Now this is a great hot fudge sundae complete with hot fudge, wet nuts(walnuts with syrup),whipped cream and a on top. Great !great !great!!! Oh did I forget to mention GREAT SERVICE!!!
