I use to love coming to Bruster’s because I’m lactose intolerant. They have a variety of non dairy flavors. I ordered two dips of Mint chocolate non dairy and two dips of Strawberry non dairy. I realized that it wasn’t non dairy. I called to make a complaint about being served the regular ice cream. The clerk/manager Jasmine Bowers refused to remake or refund my order. I went back to Bruster’s to explain in further detail and the clerk name Abby gave me such a hard time. She emphasized that I should have repeatedly said non dairy. It is not my job to constantly repeat my order several times. This was the second time my order was made incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen but I have a problem with not correcting the issue. Most importantly not coming up with a solution to satisfy your customer.

Large selection of many flavors. Not your typical vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan, etc. Hard to choose. Service was pleasant and prices very reasonable compared to other local ice cream joints. My new favorite place to go with wife and puppy. They even gave a smal serving with a bone for our furry friend. Great location with outdoor seating under the trees.

Service was good and food was good but Bruster’s now, essentially, has their employees pan handling for tips. Attempting to subsidize your employees wages by requesting tips from your customers is gross. Pay your employees a decent wage. Won’t be back.

Great ice cream, but EXTREMELY BUSY ALL THE TIME it seems. And good luck getting your order if you arrive 30 min or closer to closing.

Very busy but still pretty fast service. Had Tuxedo Strawberry, very tasty, would get again. Love trying different stuff all the time. Whole family loved what they got.

Ice cream was very good (tons of hot fudge on the sundae). Price was reasonable for my sundae ($3.95?), but it was over $8 for the sundae and my dog’s small vanilla cup.

Today around 2:30 p.m. we stopped by the Bruster’s in Chambersburg PA & I had a cotton candy milkshake & my husband had a hot fudge brownie Sunday and they were both delicious. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely go back!

Great service, great ice cream, and great flavors. Only complaint would be their hours. Especially during the summer, it would be nice if they opened before 12 pm. As I was waiting for them to open, a lot of customers were seen leaving as the store wasn’t open yet. Lost a lot of business
