Wow! Wow wow! We just had our first Bruster’s ice cream and it was unreal. Even better than the ice cream was the service! Haley and Lauren brought Sunshine, smiles and superb customer service that made the ice cream even sweeter. There were so many amazing choices. We were overwhelmed and took guidance from their recommendations. The apple caramel crunch was out of this world! What a delicious treat. Bruster’s ice cream is like no other ice cream I’ve had before. Imagine traditional scoop, ice cream and soft serve had a baby – that’s the amazingness of this ice cream. We didn’t make the trip from Toronto to enjoy it, but it was surely an extra bonus of our time in Pittsburgh.

So everyone should be aware that the Milkshakes are made from SOFT SERVE Ice cream – not the hard ice cream – if you want hard ice cream you have to ask for it. Safe to say the soft serve milkshake was horrible – they did remake it for me, but still I was told that they are instructed to make it will the soft serve unless you ask otherwise. False Advertising

Love this Bruster’s!! They always have incredible flavors, and everyone who works there is always friendly and professional. That’s why there are people lined up to get ice cream there even in the winter!!

Great experience. LOTS of flavors. Fresh and very good ice cream. Apparently they make it fresh everyday onsite.
The service was also excellent. Romy and McKenzie were both very friendly and really helped us pick a few flavors for our 4 flavors flight.

Chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream is out of this world! All of the ice cream here is phenomenal. We always get the 1/2 gallon to go!

Their ice-cream is always very good and sometimes its great. This time of the year they have Rum Raisin, which is my favorite and theirs is perfectly made and incredibly sinfully decadent.

Always wonderful products here the multitude of flavors of ice cream are amazing. They have non-dairy Italian ice and sorbet. Ice cream cakes and pies it’s always a treat here. Staff is super friendly. Need the key lime pie and the apple pie back two of my favorite. Stop in to grab a treat worth it
