We started with the Brusco Pizza, a perfect balance of flavors: quality cured ham, fresh arugula, Italian Parmigiano Reggiano, and a delicate glaze that enhances every bite without overpowering it. A dish that speaks of tradition and modernity at the same time.
Following this, an impeccable Florentine salmon, accompanied by freshly prepared vegetables, fresh, flavorful, and treated with respect, as only those who truly understand raw ingredients know how to do. The Chicken Siciliana then completed the journey: Mediterranean aromas, perfect cooking, and an attention to detail that is clearly perceptible.
Speaking with the chef – who is also the owner – one immediately understands the philosophy of the place: an Italian who arrived in the United States with the goal of investing and, above all, introducing true Italian culinary culture. With over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, he is an extremely quality-conscious person, with a positive obsession for excellence. And the facts fully prove him right.
Each dish is accompanied by an extraordinary mushroom soup and garlic bread strictly made by the chef, details that make a difference and tell a story of love for the craft. The service is equally noteworthy: the lady in the dining room is thoughtful, attentive, always present without ever being intrusive, ensuring that nothing was missing to make us experience a truly special evening.

The clams oreganata and homemade garlic bread were incredible. Both the Chicken Francese and Veal Parmesan were delicious and reasonably priced. The food was fresh, high quality and packed with flavor!
We took homemade tiramisu and cannolis to go although the cannolis didn’t make it past the car ride- they were unbelievable!
Sue provided exceptional service. She’s warm, genuine, and a pleasure to be served by!
It’s clear the owner, Andre, takes great pride in this restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!

I stumbled upon this little Italian restaurant by chance, and the moment I walked in I knew it was something special. The atmosphere is charming, warm, and truly authentic. The food was absolutely incredible — real Italian flavors that are so hard to find here.
The owners are wonderfully friendly, and the waitress was fantastic. The pasta I ordered was phenomenal, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. And the prices? Amazingly fair and honest for the quality you get.
It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. I’m so glad I discovered this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! ✨

This restaurant is to say don’t judge a book by its cover, meaning outside the parking are you look and say oh my, it was the best decision we made to come eat dinner here, yelp gave it 4 ⭐️ and the reviews were honestly good.
Everything is authentic and home made, it was freshly made to order. the service was excellent. You can see the few pictures I posted, look really good. It was!
The Owner, chef and Sue were amazing people who I had the pleasure of meeting.

The food is delicious!! This has become a weekly habit for us to go to for ether a date night or for a family evening of incredible food and amazing service. This little hole in the wall has the best Italian food in town. I seem to always want to eat it so fast that I forget to take pictures but here are some of the dishes that we have had. A must GO!!

Wow! I have been looking for an Italian restaurant like this for many years. I had kind of given up assuming this was a unicorn but Bruscos is legit! If you are looking to be seen this isn’t your joint but if your looking for amazing food, prepared by people who care, in a comfortable environment this is your spot! Not from the area and this place was recommended. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but when you sit down you’ll realize you’re in for a treat. The chef obviously knows his way around a kitchen as everything is cooked from scratch. I ordered one of the specials on the board and was pleased. The pasta was cooked perfectly, & the sausage, mushrooms, and sauce were perfect! The server was above & beyond, friendly, & her perfume was totally fine. The chef came out and spoke with us and was very informative about his ingredients and style of cooking. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant & looking forward to eating here again next time we come visit.

There were 5 of us for dinner and none of us had been there before. My cousin recommended it after reading the reviews. Bruscos did not disappoint!
We started with Pizza and a delicious clam appetizer. Then they served bread knots and salads before our main course . I had chicken piccata and a couple people had chicken Marcella and bolognese. Our server was delightful. We will go back on our next trip to Florida.
